After two months, no one court Abigail because they are very afraid that their ego will be stomped their egos and some are afraid to be listed to the guys that she cheated (not literally). The summer vacation was at hand so they are very excited even they have so much work to do when they came back to school.
“Girls, what is our plan?” Eunice asked them giggly then she sat down to the chair
Abigail sipped her mocha latte, “We will go to your beach, maybe?” she answered
Crissa played her fingers like she was thinking on something, “But you know I didn’t enjoy the beach when it was our vacation since then” she said like she wanted to go to somewhere
They looked at her, “So, where you wanted to go?” Eunice asked
She looked at her shyly, “If it’s okay with you, I wanted to live in a province for a while?” she answered “You know that I don’t have province like you Eunice and Abigaile, I lived here in the city for whole my life” she added
They laughed at her, “Why didn’t you told us earlier?” Abigail said “Mother wanted to have vacation in our province and since we have three month vacation, we can go there” she added
Crissa immediately stood up and hugged them, “Thank you girls, I’m very excited to go there” she said happily then she let them go “Where we will on board?” she asked excitedly
They just shook their heads and laughed at her innocence. After class they visit their favorite cake shop to buy some sweets and then went home.

Crissa’s Residence
She opened the door and entered and in surprise, her father went home “Hello Dad, how are you?” she asked nervously. Her father is a businessman, her father was very busy to ask how was she or even how was school. “I’ll go to my room, it looks like you are talking on something” she walked towards her room but before she reached her room, her father called her;
“Crissa, do you need anything?” he asked
She tried to hide her tears through her eye glasses, “I’m fine Dad” she answered
Her father didn’t know how to talk to her because they have no time for it, “Your mother told me that your summer vacation will be started tomorrow, where you wanted to go?” he asked
“I wanted to be with Eunice and Abigail to their province this summer vacation if it’s fine with you?” she said, she was looking to her father nervously thinking that he will not allowed her
Her father looked at her, “Can you bring them again here so that I can asked them where and when you will go there?” he asked
She felt the warmth of her father concern for her, “If you will be here tomorrow, I can tell them that you wanted them to talk” she said smiling
“I’ll be here tomorrow, honey” he checked his wristwatch “I need to go, we have an emergency meeting later” he said
“See you tomorrow, Dad” she said then she went inside her room.
Crissa’s parents are both workaholics, they just gave all the needs of Crissa but they can’t be with her all the time. The affection and attention that Crissa needs she found it to her friends and to their mothers.
The next day is the first day of their vacation that made them more excited. She called her friend to tell that her father wanted to talk to them. Eunice and Abigail went to her house immediately.
Eunice got nervous, “But why?” she asked “Do you think he will allow you to join us or not?” she added
Crissa laughed at her while Abigail just looked at her, “Just calm down, Dad wanted to ask you the exact place and when we will travel” Crissa said
She sat down and relieved to her answer, “If it’s okay, we want to invite also our parents” she asked
Abigail was very excited when she heard it, “It’s a good idea Crissa, is it okay then?” she asked
“I’ll tell to my mother later so that she can order more foods” she answered
Eunice and Abigail looked to each other, “You will not order anything, we can cook for our dinner later” Eunice said
“Do you have your money now, or you need to withdraw first?” Abigail asked
She gets her purse and check how much her money there, “I have here only one thousand pesos, is it enough?” she asked puzzled
They didn’t waste any time, they went to the market to buy the ingredients for the food that they will cook. The three was very happy as they prepare the dinner. Abigail just called her mother to go there and also Eunice called her parents. They enjoy dinner while talking about their daughters and plans for the vacation.
“Girls, if you need anything you can tell us” Crissa’s father said
Her mother nodded, “Yes, since we know that you are the reason why our daughter was very happy everyday” she said “And we know that she’ll be more happy if she will be with you this vacation” she added
Crissa didn’t know what to feel at that time, on the words of her mother because all she wanted was to be her family even for a day.
Everything was settled for the summer vacation; Crissa’s parents paid the tickets and bought some things that they needed there. The date on their tickets to on board was come, all of them was very excited because for Eunice’s family it was their first time to travel that far. After two days of travel they arrived at Abigail’s province, the Stoneheart. It’s name was came from the big stone in a heart shape on the famous waterfalls there. Abigail’s mother has a huge land there and they have also a bungalow house there that has five rooms in case that they have visitor. At first they are adjusting their daily routine there because it has no signal there to browse the internet or to send message, it was a typical simple living in a province. They enjoy the first day there, they went to different tourist spots there and also they enjoy the hidden beauty of every place. They went back to their house very tired;
Eunice lay down to the mat on the floor, “I’m tired, I’m very sleepy” she said as she closed her eyes
All of them were very shocked when they saw Crissa already sleeping on the couch, “Oh my, I think your friend was very tired” Celine get a blanket to their room and covered to her “Just let her sleep, I know that she was very tired to the tour” she said
Eunice got her pillow and blanket to their room and sleeps on the mat while Abigail will help her mother to prepare their food.
Her mother saw her preparing the ingredients to cook for dinner, “Honey are you still alright?” she asked “You can take a nap like your friends” she suggests
She smiled at her, “I’m fine, Ma don’t worry about me” she said
“Can we help also?” Eunice’s mother asked
Celine just smiled at her, “Yes, you can help us to prepare dinner” she answered
After they prepared the dinner, they woke up Crissa and Eunice to eat. Even they are still sleepy, they stood up and went to the dining area to eat. They are happily eating the foods that they prepared then they prepared a mat outside to star gaze.
The three laid next to each other, “I am happy since the day I met you” Eunice said while looking in the stars
Crissa held Abigail’s hand, “I am happy also that I met you both” she said then she looked to her face
Abigail didn’t know what she could feel to their words, if she will cried or she will laugh “Girls, are you okay?” she asked but she didn’t know if she will laugh or not.
“I’m just grateful to have you even you have so many troubles done this past few months, I am still happy that you are my sissy” Eunice chuckles
Crissa keep silent while looking at the stars.
Abigail just looked at her and smile, until they didn’t aware that they fell asleep outside. Their parents noticed that they didn’t came back until twelve in the morning so they checked them and they were laughing when they saw that they sleep soundly outside.
“Look at them, it looks like that they are very tired in their life in the city” Charlotte said, Eunice’s mother
Celine approached them and wake them up, “Girls, wake up” she said while shaking one by one “You’ll get cold if you will sleep here” she added
They open their eyes and asking why, like they are still dreaming “Mama, why?” Abigail asked
Charlotte came near also, “Honey, you are sleeping outside you need to go inside” she said
Eunice just looked at them, “Is there any problem?” she asked
Celine and Charlotte laughed, “I’m sorry for my daughter, she have a sleeping disorder” Charlotte said “Sometimes she was talking weird things when she was woke up suddenly” she added
They assisted the girls until they reached their room and continue their sleep. When the sunrise came, they are confused why they are in the room.
“What are we doing here?” Eunice asked “The last I remember was we are star gazing and looking for our favorite constellations” she added
Crissa got up, “I’m hungry” she said then yawns “Can I have a chocolate drink?” she said while her eyes were still closed
They just looked at her and trying not to laugh, “Crissa are you awake?” Abigail asked
“Huh? Is the breakfast ready?” she asked then when Abi and Eunice didn’t answer she came back to sleep. The two can’t themselves to laugh, Abigail covered her with a blanket and let her to sleep more. Eunice and her get up to help their mothers to prepare everything in the kitchen.
They spent the three months there, they love the life in the province. Eunice’s father, Simon taught them to fish, and then they collected some shells in the seaside. They met some guys there but they entertain them when those men asked to court them, they just explain that they are just tourist there and they will not live there.
Crissa can’t express what she feeling that time, she felt so much warm, peace and quietness in the place. She was like dreaming when she was looking the surroundings full of trees, feel the cold breeze from the nearby waterfalls and the chirping of the birds in the morning. She keep looking the beauty of the surroundings as if she wanted to stay there all her life.
“It looks like you enjoy here?” Abi asked her
She faced her, “Yup, I love to be here” she smiled “As if I don’t want to go back to city again” she said
“Abigail, on our next vacation, can we go back here?” she asked
Eunice walked towards them, “It’s not fair if you wanted to visit Abigail’s place next vacation” she smiled and stopped to where they are “You can visit our place in the province next vacation” she suggest
When Crissa heard that, they can see to her face the excitement “Thank you” she hugged her so tight
“Are you okay?” Eunice asked
She nodded, “Yes, I’m just very happy that I can live a place like this on the next vacation” she said
“Girls, the breakfast was ready, and it almost lunch” Celine called them.
They agreed that they will eat outside, so they brought all the foods that cooked outside like a picnic. They also have fruits on the mat when someone wanted to eat. In that hour, Crissa knew that her longing for love was covered by her friend’s family and she admire Abigail at the same time because she can stand to the feeling of heartbreak that long unlike her, she can’t love anyone until this time because she still love the one who hurt her.
