CHAPTER 1
FREYA POV
It’s a lovely day of July. After a cold spring cloudless blue sky hailed the start of summer in the city. The summer air touching my skin, giving the Trouwyth Eliades Kingdom a good start of summer.
In spite of being tired at work. I walked in spirit and put a spring in my step as I walk along the roadside. I’m in the city of the Kingdom right now to have some fun.
“My Lady, where are we going next?” Amber asked
Amber is the maid that Father assigned for me. We’ve been walking for hours now enjoying the busy city of the Kingdom.
“Well, let’s buy some things we liked.” I replied with a smile.
We continue walking in the roadside looking for a shop. Then, I heard some noise that caught my attention. We walked towards the crow to see what it is.
“My Lady please be careful.” Amber said worriedly but I was so curios that I didn’t mind her.
I excuse my self in a bunch of people for me to see it clearly what’s happening.
In the road, I saw a red carriage and a lot of Kingdom’s Army’s is with it and a handsome man wearing a royal clothes with a crown is riding a horse in the right side of the carriage.
Oh, right today is the Crown Prince wedding how could I forget that.
“The Crown Prince Wedding is really extraordinary.” I heard some people says
“Yes, and the Crown Princess is so Pretty they looked good together with the Crown Prince.” one of the people says.
The crowd is so happy seeing our Crown Prince is getting married with a beautiful man. I just watched the carriage passed and I don’t expect that a lot of army was sent to accompany the Crown princess to the Kingdom.
“MOVED.” I startled when I heard a man’s voice so I looked to see who it is. Then I saw a man wearing Royal Army clothes riding his horse.
The carriage stop when the horse of the man stop in front of them. The crowd is confused what happened.
“Who are you?” one of the crowds shouted.
“Didn’t you see the crown prince is getting married? Get out of the way!” one of the army shouted.
I’m interested of who is this man. Who is he and why is he trying to stop the wedding?
“Who is this? Is he trying to snatch the bride? How dare he?” one of the crowd said angrily.
The crown princess opened the window of her carriage and she looked at the man.
“Get out of the way.” one of the army shouted.
The man looked angry so he stepped into his horse and fly in front of the carriage.
“Your Royal Highness.” one of the army shouted
The crown prince raised his hand. “Don’t make move.” he said
The maids besides the carriage looks scared.
“’Protect the crown Princess!” one of the maids shouted.
The man looked in the maids coldly.
“Get out of my way! I must take her away today.” the man replied looking in the crown princess.
Finally, the crown princess stepped out of her carriage and face the man.
“Neville.” the crown princess said sweetly in the man in front of her.
The man’s face soften when he heard her, so his name might be Neville right?
“Lingyan.” the man said looking in the crown princess.
Neville walked slowly in the crown princess and when he reached her, he takes her hand and hold it gently like it’s the most precious things he holds.
“The forced you right? I will take you away with me now!” Neville said to the crown princess.
The crown princess tales her hand back. :It’s my own choice to be the crown princess. Forget me, please. We shall never see each other again.” the crown princess said.
Neville looked hurt in her words. “Forget? We’ve knowm each other since childhood. How could I forget you?” he said sadly “Lingyan, I just want to ask you one more question. Have you ever had a crush on me” he ask her
The crown princess seemed speechless that she can’t say a word.
Suddenly the crown prince picked up the crown princess and put her in his horse.
“Your Royal Highness let her go!” Neville shouted angrily
But the crown prince just smiled crazily and looked at the crown princess. “Lingyan, it’s your choice. Whom do you wanna go right?” the crown prince said.
The crown princess covered her mouth in her gown. “ Neville, The crown prince mother is the empress and you’re just a prince with no background. Don’t blame me for being cruel! Be relying on the crown prince can I have a promising future!” she said.
So Neville is a prince? Interesting!
I looked at Neville and it’s written in his face that he is hurt.
“Ok, I see.” Neville said.
The crown prince laughed. “Neville, we will only meet as strangers from thus moment on. Let’s pretend that we never knew each other.” he said.
Neville smirk. “ Charles, I’m really in a good mood to see you being so pathetic.” he said mockingly to the crown prince.
But the crown prince just laughed. “ My 2nd brother. I will take everything you like!” the crown prince shouted.
“The crown prince is so arrogant.” I whispered at Amber besides me.
Amber shivered. “ My Lady please keep your voice down.” she said nervously
“He’s looking over here.” the man in my back shouted that made me looked to Neville.
“People only noticed us because you are making a fuss, okay?” I said.
But I was so shocked when Neville walked towards me and suddenly grab my colar and….tsup.
HE KISSED ME!
My eyes looked at him wide open, he closed his eyes while his soft lips were on my lips.
What the fuck? I was just passing by, what’s wrong with him?
His kissed is so gentle that made me almost kissed him back but gladly he pulled back.
I was still so shock that I couldn’t move, I just stare at him while he touched his finger using his lips.
“My Lady.” Amber said that made me move.
What’s wrong with him? Argh, I was just passing by and then I lost my first kiss. I felt like crying and I want to punch him so hard.
The crown prince and the crown princess looked angry of what they witnessed.
“From now on, she’s the person I like. Why don’t you marry her too?” Neville said mockingly.
What did he say? Is he insane?
“I’m good, you can keep her.’ the crown prince replied. “Let’s go.”
“Yes.” the guards shouted and started walking again.
