Bryan calls me early in the evening. I don't know why, maybe he just wants to check on me?
"Hi Mate, good evening." He uttered in a small tone.
"Oh Bryan good evening, why did you call?" Just want to ask why. Nag re ready na ako to sleep so habang naghuhugas ng mga kamay ko ay dinikit ko ang telepono sa tainga ko.
"Uhm I just want to invite you tomorrow. It's my birthday tomorrow." I stopped talking and started thinking if I will accept his invitation or not.
"Really Bry? Why didn't you tell me?" I exclaimed. At last, nakapag desisyon na ako na sumama sa birthday niya at pumunta. Gusto kong makita at malaman kung ano yung mga handa nila.
"Sorry for not telling you. November ten is my birthday and it's my 18th birthday tomorrow." Wow! He's going to be an eighteen child.
"Really? Congrats. Sure I'll come tomorrow no problem. What gift do you want from me?" Syempre ayoko namang pumunta na walang dalang regalo. Hay nako! Obvious naman diba na mayaman sila.
"No it's okay Mate, I'm the one who'll give you a gift. Don't bother, okay?" Ngi, pwede ba yon? No, nd pwede yon Ryza. Kailangan ikaw ang magbigay ng gift sa birthday boy.
"You sure? What time tomorrow?" Kahit hindi na ako nagpaalam sa kanila ni Mama nag Oo na lang ako. Wala naman silang pakialam sa buhay ko eh. Si Ate lang ang meron.
"You can come at eleven am. If you want eight am, it's okay." Oh, so pwede palang pumunta kahit umaga. Pero baka nakakahiya kasi maraming tao doon.
"Okay Bryan. Would you mind if I pick Lara?" Yes tama yan Ryza! Lara is my only girl friend, ayoko namang pumunta mag-isa. Mahiyain ako ng konti, kaya naisipan ko na lang na isama si Lara.
"Sure, take care of yourself." Ang sweet niya naman for today's bidyo. Char lang, mabait si Bryan syempre as expected papayag yon.
"I'll eat my dinner Bryan, let's eat. Virtual eating(laughing)." Parang tanga Ryza eh no?
"You make me smile in just five seconds, Mate(laughing)." Ang sarap pakinggan ng boses niya habang tumatawa siya. Para bang bata na ngayon lang nakatawa ng wagas.
As Ryza accepted Bryan's invitation she then prepare her dress and shoes for her attire tomorrow. Bryan got nervous when he heard Ryza's response. He then practices his notes with his tito Nick, his driver.
"Tito Nick, let's practice." Sabay tawag sa driver niyang nagkakape.
"Sure sir." Nabaling naman ang tingin niya sa alaga niya at tinulungan siyang mag practice.
Bryan needed his tito Nick's help. He then practices his lines as his preparation for his confession tomorrow. It's his eighteenth birthday, his mom and dad are rich. He's the only son, so it's a fabulous and very expensive party tomorrow. Their visitors are sometimes from other countries like Australia and NYC, one of his parent's clients and friends. His family is also famous in other countries.
Twelve Hours before his Birthday. . .
"Woah I can't sleep, am I too excited? Or maybe just nervous. I'm not excited for my birthday but I'm very excited for my confession. Please Lord help me for my plan tomorrow. I need you Lord." Panalangin niya na may kaunting kaba.
Finally, it's November ten and it's Bryan Mendoza Patrico's eighteenth Birthday. The celebration is very expensive, lots of balloons, candles, expensive drinks and foods. May pa instrumental song pa sila at may mga sumasayaw din sa may bandang Sala nila. All of the things that your eyes may see are all expensive. Shella the mother of Bryan Mendoza, she's a very strict mother to her child, she's a model and a businesswoman. She's elegant even at first glance. She's smart and pretty and she always wears red lips and red hills.
Shella approaches his son Bryan while holding a glass of champagne. Ang aga aga inom na agad.
"Hi honey, happy eighteenth birthday! You're in a legal age now. This is my gift for you, hope you like it honey." Sabay abot sa anak ng regalong dala dala niya.
"Is it a key mom? You bought a car for me? Thanks a lot mom, I love you!!" Pagbukas niya, kitang kita niya agad ang isang susi ng sasakyan. Buong lakas siyang tumalon at nagpasalamat sa ina. Bakas sa mukha niya kung gaano siya kasaya sa birthday niya.
"First get a license honey okay? Focus on your study. I'll support you. Mom and Dad are always here to support you, always remember that." Then she kissed him on his cheek. Pagkatapos ma greet ang anak ay dumeritso siya sa isang table na nasa harapan nila. Nandoon ang mga barkada niya, colleagues, at ang mga boss niya at kilala niya sa business industry.
"Thanks again mom, of course I'll always remember that mom. Thank you for the new car! Mom, I have something to tell you." Sabay senyas sa ina na ilapit ang tainga niya sa bibig niya parang may gustong sabihin na pabulong.
"What is that honey? Do you have a girlfriend?" Hindi pa nga nasabi eh, alam na agad! Grabe talaga ang mga utak ng ina.
"No mom, but I have a crush." Nag blush naman ang mga pisngi ni Bryan. Hindi niya nakita ang saya sa mukha ng ina niya bagkus, nakita niyang gulat na gulat siya sa sinabi ng anak.
"What? You have a crush? You're proving that you're a big boy honey?" Sabay tapik sa balikat ng anak. Kunwaring masaya daw siya pero deep inside lumalagablab na ang apoy sa galit.
"I don't know Mom but I have a crush on her, she's my classmate and my friend. She's kind, beautiful, smart and humble you can't see any complication to her." Pagpapakilala niya sa Ina. Ayaw niyang ma disappoint ito dahil lang sa isang babae.
"Who is that girl honey?" Nagtatakang tanong niya sa anak.
Sumagot naman agad si Bryan, dahilan ng pag pindot ng ina sa kanyang telepono.
"Her name is Ryza Aquino. She's our top one in class and she's a very attractive mom. It's been five months that I have had a crush on her and today I want to confess my feelings to her." Fake smile ang ibinigay ng ina sa anak. Dahil kaarawan niya ito, ayaw niyang masira at ayaw niyang mapahiya ang anak.
"You're cute honey, the way you speak and describe her I can see that you're in love. May I know her name, honey?" At agad namang sinabi ni Bryan ang pangalan.
"Sure mom, I'll introduce her to you when she arrives here." At tumango naman ang binigay ni Shella na para bang nag-aagree sa anak.
"Bye honey, see you later!" At bumalik na sa pwesto niya kung saan nandoon ang lamesa nilang magkakaibigan.
"Sure m Mom, thank you again!" At hinalikan ulit ang ina sa pisngi.
Allan is entering Bryan's room para batiin ang nag-iisang anak.
Allan is Bryan's dad. He's not as strict as his Mom. Allan is kinda like a stingy person but when it comes to his only son Bryan? He's not stingy, he always gives Bryan's request and he's always checking his son's condition.
"Hi, baby, happy birthday. Here's a present for you." Nakita niya naman na hindi na binalot ng Ama ang regalo para sa kanya. Agad namang pinush ng isang babae na katulong ang isang medjo may kalakihan na lamesa kung saan nandoon naka display ang new Computer ni Bryan na regalo ng ama.
"Dad, you bought me a new PC? It's too much Dad, you just bought me a new laptop last month." Hindi maipaliwanag kung gaano kasaya ang mukha ng nag iisa nilang anak. Lahat ay ibibigay nila para kay Bryan.
"No baby, it's okay and I bought this because it's one of your needs, especially since you're a senior high school now. It's okay and it's for you." At niyakap naman niya ng diretso ang anak. Malaki na nga si Bryan at habang lumalaki siya, papalaki na rin ng papalaki ang mga needs niya.
"Dad, you're the best and I love you always." Niyakap niya naman ng mahigpit ang ama niya na para bang wala nang bukas.
"Remember that I'm your number one supporter? Me and your Mom, we're always here for you to guide you and support you and to provide your needs and wants. Welcome to the legal age baby. Even though you're eighteen now, I'll still call you baby. You're always a baby for me, my one and only baby."
"Aww so sweet dad, xoxo. Thank you very much Dad for being my father and my favorite father."
"Not a big deal baby, by the way how's school?" Pag iiba niya ng usapan.
"Everything is good, and you wanna know my secret?"
"Do you have a secret? If you tell me it won't be a secret anymore. I'd like to hear your secret baby, what is it?" Nakangiti naman ang ama dahil alam niyang binatang binata na ito.
"I have a crush and she's one of my classmates. I invited her to come here and she's on the way now.She doesn't know yet about my feelings towards her but I hope it'll succeed."
"You want my help baby? Oh my baby has a crush now, you're telling me that you're not a baby anymore?"
"No Dad I just want to know what my real feelings are, is that okay with you?" Ay nagpa baby eyes naman si Bryan.
Syempre dahil birthday niya rin naman ay ayaw ng ama na masira ang araw niya kaya pumayag na lang siya.
"Why not? It's okay baby no problem. If you need my help just call me or talk to me okay. Don't be shy to daddy."
"Thank Dad, I love you again." At umalis na rin siya papuntang ibang direksyon kung saan nandoon din ang mga kasamahan niya sa business niya.
"Sure baby, no problem. I'll go now, your visitors are coming now and you have to prepare now okay. Be ready, your outfit is inside the room beside you, your Nanay prepared it for you."
"Thank you Daddy, bye see you in a while."
Bryan is now preparing to wear his outfit and meanwhile, Ryza and Lara came. She's wearing a red dress while Lara is wearing a white crop top and long pants, you can see Ryza's coca cola body, she is wearing a golden style three inches hills and holding a little white LV bag. After a while Ryza now enters Bryan Mendoza's house.
"Lara, Bryan's house is so big. Every angle, I can only see expensive things everywhere and all the things we can see look brilliant and gorgeous. You see Lara?"
"True Ryza. Where do you think we can find Bryan? In this big beautiful house I don't know where I should look. It's very beautiful."
"Come on Lara, let's sit here. Look, there's a lot of food and drink, let's taste some of it."
While Ryza and Lara are tasting some foods, Bryan goes out to his room and after that the crowds are applauding him. The MC then speaks Bryan's name.
"Our birthday boy is here, let's welcome Bryan Mendoza Patrico!!" Sabay sabay naman silang nag palakpakan.

Bryan's mother and father come up to the stage and give a speech to their son. After their speech, now it's time for Bryan to give his speech.
"I would like to thank you all for coming today, it's my pleasure to meet you here on my eighteenth birthday. First, I would like to thank my parents for not giving up on me, for always supporting me and for giving me the desire of my heart. Second I would like to thank to all of my visitors for coming here today and for giving me your gifts. I am very thankful so we prepared a lot today. It's all for you guys! Eat well and take what you want. Thank You!" Kitang kita naman ang kasiyahan sa mga mata ng kanyang mga bisita.
