Diversity Office
Everyone is busy minding their own work when the intercom rings. Yha, now secretary of the boss, answered the phone.
"Maam Boss?" she said.
"P'Yha, can you please tell P'Nuch to bring in here the past 2 financial statements? Im reviewing the FS last month, and i need a reference, she might have forgotten about it."
"I'll tell her immediately Maam Boss."
"And please remind P'Noi, Kirk needs the list of people we need the collaboration with Mariels. He wants to review it before printing."
"Noted Maam Boss."
"And P'Yha, can you order us snacks? Anything will do. Charge it to my account."
"copy maam. As soon as possible."
"Thanks." Mon ended the call.
Yha then faced her co-workers.
"Nuch, maam boss is looking for the last 2 FS. Bring it to her she's reviewing it now."
"Why is it here? I thought i gave all of this to her this morning?" Nuch rushed to deliver the folder.
"And Noi, you need to send the report on Mariel's account to Sir Kirk. He wants to review it."
"On it! And sent!" Noi then sent Yha a thumbs up.
"Everyone, Maam Boss is treating us some snacks!"
Everyone clapped and cheered.
Mon then take a peak out of her office. She saw everyone celebrating.
"P'Yha, order for Khun Sam too. Send it to her office. She loves the carrot cake and iced coffee from that cafe. "
"Yes Maam Boss."
Mon just smiled and entered her office again. Yha is about to order when their past boss entered with guards following her. They were holding boxes of cake and soda. Their usual snacks that Yah is about to order too.
"Maam Boss!" Yha said
Everyone looked behind and stood up. They all greeted Sam.
"Good afternoon Maam Boss!" everyone said
"Your CEO is Kornkamon Anantrakul, my wife. Im Samanun Anantrakul, I'm not your Maam Boss anymore. That's Mon's title. So you call her that. I hope you are all working hard and not giving my wife problems here. She is working hard so you should too."
Everyone just nod and looked down. Even if Sam is not working with Diversity anymore, and gave all the rights to Mon with Kirk still as a partner, the employees still respected and fear her.
"They are working hard and helping one another too especially me Khun Sam. Please don't terrorize my employees, they still have some works to do for me." Mon said
She's now standing in front of her office while looking at her wife's direction. Sam just smiled and took a box of cake and two drinks from the table.
"I brought snacks and drinks for everyone." Sam said and entered Mon's office.
"Get some break and enjoy your snacks guys." Mon announced
"Thank you Maam Boss!" the employees replied
"Aunty Mee bring a couple of fork and plates in my office please." Mon asked the elderly
"Yes Maam!"
"And P'Noi, the file?"
"I sent it to Sir Kirk already Maam Boss."
"Thanks. He's annoying me about it. When he approved it, make 5 hard copies and let me sign it so we are already prepared for the meeting on monday."
"Yes Maam."
"Tee Rak? Let's eat!" Sam called from the office. Making her employees smile. No one has the guts to make Khun Sam wait, well except her wife.
"Just a second please." Mon answered and looked at Yha again. "Phi, i'll direct my incoming calls to you for a while."
"Sure Maam Boss. I'll take care of it." Yha said
"Thanks!"
Mon's POV
I then entered my office to see my wife putting a piece of cake on the plate. I closed the door and locked it. Just like the old times, it became a habit too. I walked straight to her and back hugged her tight,
"Thank you for the treats but what brought you here Tee Rak? You're supposed to be in your office."
She faced me and gave me a kiss too. A peck, a sweet one.
"I finished all my work today and decided to visit you here. Its been a while since i've been here, i want to see what's going on here now. And i missed you so much too. Is it bad if i want to see my wife?" she reasoned
"We're living in the same house for years, the last time we saw each other is this morning. You even drove me here and you still missed me that bad?"
She distanced herself to me and looked at me weirdly.
"You dont like me here? You dont miss me? You are not obsessed with me anymore?" she asked, very worried and before anything else happened, i held her close and kissed her.
She refrained to kiss back but i just let my self enjoy her lips. I bit her lips to open up for me and i smiled as she opened up and kissed me back. Its still my win after all.
After minutes of making out, we hugged each other while trying to calm ourselves. I then put our heads together and smiled at her.
"I will forever be obsessed with you, my love. Do not forget that." i said.
She just nod and grinned then bit my nose lovingly.
"I love you Tee rak." she said
"And i love you forever and ever too my love." i replied.
We then enjoyed the cake and drinks she brought over. We are now cuddling in my office. The usual us when we are together.
"I have some free time before coming here so i searched for the best IVF clinic in the world." she started
"So? What did you learn?"
"We have lots of countries to choose from. But the best are in Turkey, Greece, Spain and UK."
"England? Im familiar with the place, i think its better if we try it there."
"Im thinking about it and we can visit your dad too while we are there. The whole process takes about 1 or 2 months depending on some circumstances and that is when we start the procedure here. I can pull some string for that."
I looked at here. 2 months is too long for the two of us since we have lots of work to do, especially her. I can always leave Diversity to Sir Kirk but 2 months is still too much for working people like us.
"We cant stay that long in England. We both have our works here."
"Khun Neung's training will start on Monday. We both know how smart and dedicated she is. I can ask her to take charge while i work from abroad. While I'm sure Kirk can look after Diversity for a while. Its time for him to learn how hard your workload is. And your team is really great. You can work remotely too." i agree with her about my team but still i cant just go and leave them without someone i really trust to lead them.
"We can do that. But it doest mean i wont be worried."
"Knowing you? But please refrain from doing so. Lets both trust our team. I assure you Kirk is such a loser sometimes but if it comes to work, you can expect high form him. Plus grandma will not choose him for me if he is a lazy and irresponsible bastard." Sam said. I rolled my eyes to her and she just laughed.
"There's no need to add that last part though." i said
She's still laughing but i feel her tighten her hug. She peppered my fave and neck with light kisses too.
"Its you i married and promised to be with forever, what happened in the past will just stay in the past now. Whatever circumstance, and whenever time or period we are, i will always choose you coz you are my joy, my happiness, my one and only wife forever and ever. And if things go well with the process, another title will be added to your name."
"And that is?"
"The mother of my kids. The sweetest, kindest, loveliest, and prettiest mother of my kids."
I smiled at her and kissed her too. I cant sulk too long if she's so sweet as this.
"I love you forever My Love."
"I love you forever and ever Tee rak!"
