I'm going to Philippines the day after tomorrow.
Like I was saying, I agree of what my dad decision. I'm really sad but I find it exciting. I'm just hoping that my target is good.
I checked the picture of him. He is handsome. Only the picture if ever I see him somewhere so I could recognize him easily.
Dad don't want me to work these past few days so I just watch in Nexflix about mysteries and action. I'm here in our house. It is simple house enough for the both of us.
Nag impake na' ko dahil bukas na ang flight ko papuntang Pilipinas. It will surely long flight so I sleep early.
When my flight comes, my father volunteer to accompany me to Airport. Bad idea. Pero hinayaan ko nalang para makapag paalam ako. This is the first time I will be do a long mission. I don't know why I accept this but I can't resist it now since we're here at the Airport. Its 3:00 in the afternoon.
"I'll miss you anak. As of now ibibigay ko muna sa'yo 'yung Condo ko. Malapit iyon sa university na papasukan mo pero medyo malayo naman sa mansion. Atsaka anak bibigyan kita ng wallet, lahat ng kailangan mo nandito na. May maid na rin sa condo unit na 'yon. Sigurado 'pag dating mo nandoon na siya. Please Rain don't apply your insolence to her." Sabi ni dad na akala mo taon kaming hindi magkikita. Wait! How long do I stay there?
"How about my love?" I asked.
"Oh, ipapadala ko nalang anak. Hintayin mo nalang doon." Tumango ako bilang tugon. Tinitigan lang ako ni dad. Para bang may gusto siyang sabihin kaso nga lang hindi pa dapat gawin dahil maaari itong pumigil sa pag alis ko. Hindi na'ko nagtanong.
I immediately stood up when I heard announce that our flight is ready. I hugged dad and he hugged me too before I go to the airplane. Flight Attendants are waiting there.
The travel hours from Canada to Philippines is 14 hours and 30 minutes so I estimate that I will going there for around 6 o'clock in the morning. Natulog nalang ako.
Nakarating ako sa Pilipinas. Welcome back Rain!
By the way, dala ko lahat ng baril ko at 'yung iba pa kaya siguradong walang mapangahas na gagawa ng krimen sa isang balik bayan na tulad ko. I'm indeed crazy for thinking of this idea. 1 hour ang biyahe papuntang kanto ng village. But I didn't go there first. I will go first to my family.
I'll go to my best friends place.
Note that I'm still holding my guns inside my luggage. Hindi nila alam na nandito ako sa Pilipinas kaya sosorpresahin ko sila. Pangalawa ko silang pamilya or maybe third I think?
Pumunta ako sa tindahan na dati naming pinagtatambayan. Pagkapunta ko doon ay may nakita akong pamilyar na mukha. If I'm not mistaken, he is Nico, the beausome of this place. This place called Sitio Malabo. But we called our place as MOONS. This place change a lot. But this place made me happy.
Inilibot ko ang paningin ko sa paligid.
Wala na 'yung upuan na kawayang tinatambayan namin.
I think they are mad at me.
Nico was caring this store in front of me. But I think he still do it. Nang mapansin niya ko ay tumitig siya sa'kin. Para bang inaalam niya kung sinong tao ang nasa harapan niya.
"Min?!" He then realized who I am. I give him a genuine smile. "Omg! Ikaw nga! Oak tignan mo andito si Min!" Sigaw niya. This gay really noisy. Lumapit naman si Oak at pinagmasdan ako.
"Oh, saan ka pala galing? Hindi ka nagpakita ng ilang taon tas mag paparamdam ka ngayon? Aba ang kapal naman ng maleta mo!" He joked. I just smile on him as a sign of getting his joke. "Welcome back!"
"Thanks for welcoming me even I left you all here." They just look at me like I said something.
"Hehe, thanks." Oak said while smiling.
"Huy Oak! Bat ka nagpapasalamat. Dapat ang sinagot mo ay 'asan pasalubong? Atsaka mahal kong Min, maaari ka namang gumamit ng salitang Filipino dahil nandito ka sa Pilipinas. Wala ka sa ibang bansa teh."
"Oh, pasensya na." Sabi ko atsaka binigay ang pasalubong ko.
"Salamat Min! Tatawagin ko lang 'yung dalawa para malaman nilang nandito ka na." Sabi ni Oak sabay takbo dala ang tsokolateng pasalubong ko.
"Dumiretso ka dito galing ibang bansa? Buti hindi ka nanakawan." Nico said.
"Oo." Among the five of them, Nico is my best friend to the point that I'm opening up my problems to him. He knows about my family problems. I always went here if I have problems."I'm from Canada." I said sharing when I stayed for the past 2 years.
Even he is my friend, I'm not going to tell him about my work. It is really private.
"Ang layo pala. Bat hindi ka nagpaalam sa'min?" Malungkot niyang tanong. Nakikita ko ang pangungulila sa mga mata niya.
"I'm sorry. Baka kasi hindi ako matuloy kung makikita ko kayo pag alis ko. I hope you understand."
"Oo nga Min! Iniwan mo kami!" Somebody said at my back. Its Samuel. I faced him and smile when I see they are three.
I think an idea that will help them all.
"Gusto niyo bang mag-aral ng college?" I asked.
"Oo naman!"
"Kakausapin ko si dad para makuha niyo yung gusto niyong course. Okay na ba 'yon pambawi?" They are all older than me kaya tapos na sila ng highschool habang ako high school palang na dapat college na rin sana. They stop for about three years.
"Oo naman basta ba okay lang sa'yo."
Oak said. My other friend.
I smiled as a sign of confirmation. "Min, babalik ka pa dito?" Tanong ni Oliver.
"I'm not sure yet but I'll try if I have time." They all look happy seeing me. "Hmm... Aalis na ko, I'll be back if I have time. Atsaka pala I'll make sure that you all will be entering an university for this coming school year."
"Salamat." Nico said. They are not rich as me. I really want to help them.
Umalis na'ko papuntang mansion. Nararamdaman ko na ang kalamidad papunta doon.
My luggage is really heavy but I can still manage taking it. I smile when I received an email from my father.
:Your love is in your condo
I was about to textback when somebody hit me. My cellphone fell together with my luggage. Its really heavy.
Instead of helping me, he just walk away. Nag init agad ang ulo ko. I faced his direction and throw my phone. Matibay 'to.
I glanced on him because he is familiar.
"Hit and walk, really? You know what Aiden, I can kill you now but I'm kind person to hit you because of small reason like this. But I remember that I'm here to protect you not to kill you." Sabi ko habang nakangisi. I feel more challenged now that we collide. Well I change my mind of having a good target. He is not good that's why I change my mind.
 
He stopped and said words.
"I don't need protection of yours 'cause I have strength to protect myself." He said and leave. I immediately turn aroud and walk fast. I don't want to talk to him for now. I surely know he have following questions.
So he's living near us.
I checked my phone. It is good but there's crack on the screen protector. My father using Facebook so I just chat him about my friends college enrollment since he's online and thank him for bringing my love with me.
Maraming kakilala si dad kaya sigurado akong makakalibre 'tong mga kaibigan ko o kaya naman baka babaan ang tuition para sa kanila.
Nakarating ako ng mansion. Nahagilap ko agad si Hazel na nasa kusina habang nag ba-bake. That was her hobby. I think she need to start reading english books for her to improve grammar skill.
"Morning." I greeted. Nakatalikod siya kaya hindi niya ko napansin.
"Good morning!" Magugulat sana 'ko kaso huwag nalang. Hindi niya naman alam na ako kausap niya.
"Ma'am excuse me po. Sino po kayo?" An old women asked. Kunot noo ko siyang tinignan. She's wearing maid costume so I assume she is their maid. But why did mom hired maid? I thought she hates maid for unknown reason.
"My name is Minlove–" natigil ako ng marinig ang pagbagsak ng kutsara.
"Minlove?!" Sobrang lakas na sigaw niya.
"Anak! Huwag kang magbanggit ng masamang salita!" I heard footsteps from above. Here she goes.
"Mom." I greeted her with my cold threatening voice. Nagulat siya 'nong una pero kalaunan ay ngumisi ito.
"Minlove Rain."
