When the Viana virus from Venansala broke out, the government's move to contain it was to implement a lock down. There was panic buying and use of money for survival.
Angela Babia had travelled from the city to her hometown before the lockdown was implemented, and had reached her parent's home before the military closed the border of each municipalities. She and over two thousand people was trapped in that small town of Mantalongon. Without relief and without money, people ran out of food and clean water.
Now, Angela must leave the town to seek help and to find her missing family members. But she did not know that death was already waiting for her at the border.

Author's note: This will be my third book here. Mayroon na akong books na na-published dito and you can check my profile for those titles. This story is short and will not take much of your time but I guarantee that it will be worth it. Ang rason naman kung bakit naglagay ako ng mahabang author's note dito ay bukod sa requirement sa word count, gusto kong paalahanan na itong istorya ay pawang kathang-isip lamang.
Napapanahon ang istoryang ito dahil nangyari ito sa panahon ng pandemya. Naisulat ko itong istorya nang Enero ng taong 2020 at hindi pa talaga pumapasok sa bansa ang virus at balita pa lang ay nasa ibang bansa pa ito kumakalat, kaya pawang imahinasyon lang ang mababasa niyo rito sa istorya (mga naiisip kong posibilidad na mangyari kapag nakapasok na sa bansa ang virus sa mga panahong 'yon). Nagulat lang ako na medyo may hawig ang istorya sa nangyari sa bansa nang tuluyan na ngang pinasok ng covid ang pinas.
Ito ang nagsilbing gateway ko para magsulat ng spiritual-themed stories gaya ng mga previous books ko rito kaya malaki ang papel na ginampanan ng Don't Fret sa writing career ko. And like how I enjoyed writing this story, I hope you'll enjoy reading this one too.
