"Sure ka na ba iha diyan sa plano mong iyan? Paano ang anak ko?" I am supposed to be the one who should be scared about this plan. It's scary to have nothing. I look at his son emotionless. 
"You can do what I am going to tell you, right?" This plan isn't that easy as I think, it is okay for me to make a show again on court. I am excited about their loss.
" Attorney... paano po ang pera na ibinigay nila sa akin?" Pera lang ba talaga ang mahalaga sa tao? If that money will put you in danger then you actually accepted the hell over heaven.
By the way, we are still here in the police station and talking to his father. Steven, this kid is really in danger because he accepted the cash to the person he don't even know. Aamin siyang siya ang pumatay sa uncle niya para lang maligtas ang kanyang ama. We actually don't know their plans and this time, we should know. Hindi pwedeng tumunganga lang kame habang nasa lansangan pa ang totoong may gawa nito.
After hours passed who's full of plans, Steven and I go back to my car. Hindi siya pwedeng umuwi dahil sigurado akong mapapahamak lang siya.
" May iba ka pa bang matutuluyan bukod sa apartment niyong iyon?" I ask wondering where is his mother.
" Wala na po eh. " He said while roaming around my car. I looked around too and saw a man in a black jacket with a cap hiding in a tree.
He isn't good with hiding, huh? I open the door of my car when steven suddenly stops me from doing something.
" Wag po kayong lalabas!" Napako na ang mata ko sa lalakeng iyon kaya kahit anong pilit niyang hila sa akin upang tumigil ako sa paglabas ay hindi man lang niya nagawa. Tch. Tinagal ko ang pagkakahawak niya sa akin at mabilis na lumabas ng kotse at dahil doon mukhang naalarma siya sa aking ginawang pagkilos ngunit hindi man lang siya natinag. 
"S-Sandali!!" Rinig ko pang sabi ni steven ngunit dahil isa rin akong bingi wala akong narinig at nagpatuloy lamang papunta sa direksyon ng lalakeng iyon. Habang naglalakad ako patungo sa kaniyang pinagtataguan ay may naramdaman pa akong nakatingin din sa akin ngunit hindi naman dahilan iyon upang hindi ako magpatuloy sa binabalak ko. He has a gun on his right arm and getting ready if I did something wrong. 
"Officer!" I said when he's about to show up his self then immediately  hide again. Tch. Tch. Masiyado siyang depensive at inakala niyang siya ang aking lalapitan.
" Oh hi, Attorney. Why are you still here? May maiitulong ba ako sa iyo?" The officer said while putting his phone in his pocket. 
" Nothing hehehe. Nakita lang kita bigla. Oh, by the way, I think Attorney Santos is waiting for me. I'll drop you a call in my free time. You know I need your help." I said before looking again beside the tree. He's not there anymore. 
I go back to my car and notice the at ease look of Steven.
"What? Let's go. Kay tanda ka muna pansamantala. You'll be going to help me first by answering some questions." 
I texted Attorney Santos to tell them that we should eat with this kiddo beside me with the other attorneys to the office. They all might think that I am with a criminal. Just let them think, this kid is the criminal until the bait is ready.
"Nakita niyo po ba yung nakita ko kanina?  Yung lalake sa puno? Alam kong nakita niyo po yun pero baket niyo pa nilapitan? Hindi na po ligtas ang buhay ninyo ngayon Attorney." He look like scared kid. Seriously? Hahaha.
" Don't worry kid I am a criminal lawyer. Buong buhay ko ay nasa panganib na kaya hindi mo na kailangang mag alala. I've been handle a hundred cases like yours. Maiintindihan mo rin siguro kapag naging lawyer ka." we are on our way to the restaurant and have some meeting with the others.
Ginabi na kame sa pag uusap ng kaniyang ama at nagugutom na rin ako. I need more foods on my system to work a loaded bullets. I need more extra energy to face this case.
I kind of bored because I will chase another criminal. This case is different from the others. I am a little bit confused about what's going on around.
"Thankyou po sa pagtulong sa amin ni Papa. Simula kase ng mawala si Mama lagi ng nagkakaroon ng problema eh." Steven said while we are on our way to the resto. 
'I am hungry dude mamaya ka na lamang magsalita.'
After a few minutes passed that full of silents, we're now enjoying the food while waiting for them. I will eat what I want for today then go back to my recent task.
"Steven, ilang taon ka na?" I asked while eating. I don't know who's this kid and what type of life he has. After I heard money received from someone might be a culprit, I can't do anything but judge him. Are they need a thousand for their life?
"fifteen po," I ordered many dishes to make this more like a bonding moment. I am doing this thing while finding some evidence that might find clues. Okay, I know I am starting it now.
Now I get it.  He's still young similar to my brother with the same age.
"How was your life before your mother died?" I said while chewing a stake.
" We have a restaurant like this back then, pero na bankcrupt iyun nung si tito na ang nagmanage." I drink my strawberry fruit juice while thinking. 
"Your mother doesn't want your father to be the new owner? I think It must be him instead of his brother. Is it a family business? Are they not on good terms? I'm sorry but I have so many questions right now. Why would your mother pass it on her brother instead on you or on your father?" Why would the uncle handle that if it's supposed that the father should be the one control it?
" Si Papa kase masiyadong mabait. Ilang beses ko na siyang sinasabihan na bawiin niya yung restaurant kay uncle pero wala siyang ginawa kase sa family naman dapat daw talaga ni Mama yung restaurant kahit na sa amin na nakapangalan." this is a kind of broad case. Naguguluhan ako sa mga paliwanag ng batang ito but I don't think mabilis kong malalaman kung sino ang pumatay at anong motibo niya.
"Tomorrow, come with me. Pupunta tayo sa lugar na pinagtayuan ng business nyo. We might see some evidence there." i said continue eating.
We wait until they finally arrive. The wall of this restaurant is a glass wall type kaya naman kitang kita ko sila mula sa aming kinauupuan. Kanina pa kame tapos kumain at nabayaran ko na din. Ako ang nagyaya kumain ngunit nauna pa kame sa kanila dahil saglit lang naman ang pag uusapan naming lahat rito. I just want to tell them that everything they heard earlier is the truth but don't they dare spread it to the others. There is a traitor inside of the office. You can't really trust anyone other than your self.
"Attorney! " bati naman ni Attorney Santos ng makita niya ang table kung na saan kami.
I'd look around because of the sudden feeling that someone is just watching us. At the right and deep corner away from us, I saw another man curiously looking at us.
'Make yourself curious, dude. Take your time.'
Si tanda naman umupo sa tabi ko na nakakunot ang noo at mukhang nagtataka.
"Ano na nangyare?" bulong nya. I look at him and open my bag to use my phone.
Message:
Let this kid be with you until the case closes. Talk to the others about the incident earlier. Tell them that it is true but keep their mouth shut because I will need that on my case.
After sending the message to him, I let them order their food.
"Libre mo ba attorney?" Tch. Niyaya ko silang kumain pero hindi ko sinabing manlilibre ako.
"Tapos na kame kumain. Ang tagal ninyo kaya naman nauna na kame." I said while scanning some message to my phone and let this old man see that I send him a message.
"Hmmmnn." sabi ni tanda habang nagbabasa ng message na tinext ko sa kanya. I even recieve his reply.
Message:
Do you find something wrong? Is there a reason why we are texting?
Tch. Idiot. He should know that hearing this case with the co-attorney might cause a problem.
Message: If you want to be safe, then do it.
Just as simple as that, they continue having fun and eat while I am still roaming around like a hawk. The kid beside me is making fun with the others too.
"Alam ninyo mga attorneys, sa halos isang taon na pagsasama natin sa opisinang iyon ngayon lamang ata tayo nabigyan ng pagkakataong kumain ng ganito. I am so proud that having injustice in this country is not a hindrance to us to defend our clients and provide our own way to find the justice that they needed. Gusto ko lamang sabihin sa inyo na magpatuloy lamang kayo sa propesyon nyong iyan." Tch. Si tanda masiyadong madrama.
Few hours passed before the meeting was finally over.
"Mauna na kame attorney salamat sa libre. First time mo lang ginawa ito kaya sana maulet ulet hahaha." one of the attorneys said that to me. Tch. Hindi libre iyun kundi suhol.
"Tanda, sumabay ka na sa akin. Babalik tayo ng opisina." sabi ko pa sabay seniyas ko pa kay steven na sumakay na din.
"Attorney uwi na din ako ah. Ingats." paalis namang sabi ni Hector. Tch. Isa pa ito.
"No. You need to come too. Sumunod ka na lang sa amin."
We need to go back to the office because they need to know what plan I'll do. I might need them. I can handle this alone but, having them around might confuse the culprit.
"Anong agenda na naman iyan?" Attorney Santos said while sitting in the high chair. We are now in the office, I had to close the windows and the door of this office. I picked the file and placed it on the center table.
"As what I said earlier to you Tanda, ikaw ang bahala sa batang iyan pansamantala. I am planning to be with him tomorrow for the investigation, but I changed my mind. Attorney Santos will be with me to find out things for the Investigation." 
Alam kong papayag naman ang dalawang ito sa plano ko kaya hindi ko na kailangan ng pahintulot nila. 
"Hoy baket ako kasali dyan. Saka ang aking akala ay ayaw mo tanggapin iyang case na iyan at isa pa, di ba inamin na niya kanina na siya ang totoong pumatay roon sa uncle niya?"  Tch. I hate his personality. He's more talkative today.
"He's not. Just for this case, I need your all cooperation. Attorney Santos will handle this case." I said confidently.
This is for the sake of his job to be a great attorney. While this old man will be happy to make this law firm known as having good attorneys in the country.
" Ha?! Why me?!" Tch. Anong nakakagulat roon? I am the one who will handle this case secretly.  
" This is your time to shine. I will be hands-on with you. Handle the case and whatever will be, you need to act just like what we did in the last trial. But this time, ikaw ang haharap sa buong trial session. I assume that you'll benefit because you have a great celebrity lawyer here. At higit sa lahat sigurado akong magbebenifit din itong si Tanda dahil sigurado akong mangyayare na ang pangarap nyang pasikatin ang lawfirm na ito. " I cross my arms while talking and telling them what benefits they can claim by just a good team-up. 
" Paano mo naman masasabing sisikat ako diyan kung isang simpleng homicide lang ito?" Tch.Tch.Tch. He really dont scan the client files.
" This kid is the son of late Mrs. Bautista, a senator." I held him the file.
Natigilan naman ako ng marinig ang mahina ngunit humahangang palakpak ni tanda.
I guess I make him proud again. Tch. I can bring them what they want kahit na hindi ako mabebenipisyuhan.
" Pinapabilib mo na naman ako Attorney De Luna. You're right. I saw that man before. Senator Mrs. Bautista dead years ago, I had a doubt why her husband needed to be in jail and charged in the homicide case. And also, we all know that Mrs. and Mr. Bautista invariably doing charity events. They are personally good people too. I am helping them because I have been working for them as a personal driver before. " He said while Steven, the kid look shocked from what he said.
" This kid is the son of a senator? How come?" Nagugulat namang sabi ni Hector while reading what's on the case files.
" They have only owned an apartment and became their house after senator Bautista died. Her family claimed the properties that should be the Bautista's properties. The father can't react to that because steven's father came from a dirt-poor family, as simple as that. I think they make a way to scared your father." I said then, look at my back and still hearing what he said.
" Sigurado ka bang ako ang hahawak ng kasong yan? "  Attorney Santos said then put down the case in the table.
" You will. You are in great danger starts when we go back here. They're following us in our way here." I said before I seated.
"W-what?" Hindi makapaniwalang sabi nya. I told them what happened earlier starts with the black jacket with cap man in the tree. Hindi din nila nakalimutang mag-react sa ginawa ko na lalo daw naming ikakapahamak. Ilang beses nang may nagtangka at lahat ng yun ay pagtatangka lamang. They are still a scared cat fishing around and I am the monster that will eat them if they choose to cross my line. 
This case will held as a new disaster to the criminals. And this great attorney will working with it. Steven can't go back to school bacause they might be go there and hostage him. Sa ngayon, ang trabaho ni tanda ay bantayan lamang ang bata habang nasa labas kame ni Hector kasama ang mga criminal na nagmamasid sa paligid.
This new case makes me more excited. 
I looked at the files again.
" Steven, you're going to stay here. You can't go back to school. I will talk to your teachers tomorrow and tell them that you'll not come because of personal matters. Tanda, ikaw na muna bahala dyan and you attorney Santos let's plan this case." 
After hours we finished arguing and making what plan we should do for this case. I opened my phone and then saw a message from Calvin.
Message:
Ate, I vomited drops of blood. I am scared. Can you come?
I stand fast after I receive his message and put my jacket on.
"Oh saan ka pupunta?Tapos na ba tayo?" Tch. Kaylan kame matatapos eh panay ang hikab nya.
" I need to go somewhere. Stay here and make sure to lock the door. Wag kang magpapapasok ng kahit sino dito kahit pa kapwa attorney natin. Make sure no one will know that we have the kid. I will come back tomorrow, so don't you ever open the door if someone knocks on it. I won't be coming back here if you think I might forget something. And last, continue studying the case. " I said before picking up my key.
" Sundin mo lahat ng sinabi ko kung gusto mong maging ligtas ka. The culprit might be outdoor ready to chase you too." I looked around again and saw the mister and the kid sleeping. 
I opened my car after looking around then drove my car. The place is in the mode of silence. I can even hear the sounds of insects. While looking calmly, I am in deep thinking about what might happen to my brother.
Hindi pa man ako masiyadong nakakalayo ay napahinto ako ng may biglang may humarang sa daan. Maraming nakamotor ang nasa harap ng kotse ko ngayon . I smirk after I saw their faces. Mas lalo pa akong napangisi ng makita ang mga bagay na dala dala nila. 
I slowly open my compartment and hold my thing too. Bumaba sila sa sasakyan nila habang nagbabayang lumapit sa akin. I open my car's door. Ayokong masira ang sasakyan ko kapag naisipan nilang hampasin kaya naman lumabas na ako. 
" What is this all about?" I said bravely.
"Nasaan ang bata?" The other man said.
I smirk sweetly at what they said.
They are do not know who's September?
Then I can show you the hell right away.
