She can hear the sound of the waves in the sea shore nearby. Cold breeze covers Andrea's body as she hugs herself tight while sitting at the edge of a cliff. Moonlight reflects it's beautiful view at the sea. There, she can see city lights. What a wonderful sight it is.
Peace. That's what she wants to feel. That's what she's longing for. But unfortunately she can't.
Andrea sits properly and feels the cold breeze that makes her long hair dance to the wind. From her position, she can see raging waves and huge sharp rocks below.
From that moment, she seems like she is out of her mind and without a care to her surroundings, she absent-mindedly stands. Already accepting her fate to that moment. Finally, she can have her rest forever.
She closes her eyes as she feels like jumping. Minutes have passed. She can't feel anything, numbness overwhelmed her entire being. She took one step and...
"Is it done? Am I done?"
Confusion envelops her senses but she refuses to open her eyes until she feels like there's something gripping her hand. Suddenly a man's voice rings to her ears.
"It's not the end of the world, lady. Stop messing around, let me pull you up.....God, you're so light."
She stiffened in shock as she realizes that she's not done yet and there's someone pulling her hand at the edge of the cliff. She heard it....but somehow, it made her feel peace. She managed to look up but the darkness didn't let her see the man's face instead she only saw a shadow.
"Rest now but not forever." That's the last words she heard as everything went black.
The mysterious man lifted her up and carefully held her in his arms as he made his way to his car. He opened the rear door of his car and slowly let Andrea lay down.
When he finally has the chance to see the young lass' whole face. He whispered, "How can this lady with an almost perfect face want to end her life like it was nothing?"
He turned on the car and directly drove to the hospital. He stopped at the entrance and got out. The young lad took a deep breath before opening the door and lifting the unconscious suicidal young lady and walks in while calling some nurses to take care of the person he's holding.

I was sleeping soundly at 4 in the morning when I suddenly heard a bang at the door. I felt a painful slap and I immediately opened my eyes, finding an angry woman in front of me.
"Why are you still sleeping, bitch!? Start working your ass off or I'm gonna kick you out of this house!"
"M-mom..it's still so early in the..morning"
"I don't care if it's early, all I want is for you to do some chores you ungrateful brat! You live in my house, so you follow my rules. Don't wait for me to call your dad"
"No! M-mom..I'm getting up..I'm sor--"
"Why are you still in your bed, brat!" A man's voice suddenly spoke outside the room.
"Dad, I was going to--" I couldn't continue my words when he grabbed my hair and threw me to the floor.
"Do you think I will believe what you just said!? I already saw you sitting nicely in your bed and you're still going to talk back?"
After he said those words, I felt a strong kick in my stomach that caused me so much pain that it makes me want to vomit blood. I was about to get up when someone pushed me hard and I hit my head on the wall, it was mom.
They both punched and kicked me until they're satisfied. I got another bruises from them.
"I shouldn't have given birth to you in the first place!" Mom said.
"I shouldn't have let your mother go through a painful birth just to give birth to disgrace like you!"
I couldn't move. I couldn't speak. I couldn't open my eyes. I just want to die right away. I just want to die.
Death.
Andrea immediately got up. Sweating like crazy and her face is wet with tears. She's breathing heavily.
Another nightmare huh. She wondered why can't they just let her be free? And why does it keep on hunting her in her dreams.
It's been more than 10 years since she left that place but the bad memories are still like a fresh wound. That time, she thought that she was in the lowest of the low and the most useless girl in the world.
She couldn't hold back all of the emotions built up in her chest and she burst out crying and weeps loudly.
The door instantly opened and a young lady with a midnight-black hair flowing over her shoulders.
She had a beautiful figure that was stem-thin. Her curvilinear waist didn't surprise Andrea as much as her saffron complexion did. Her crescent-shaped brows arched slightly as she noticed Andrea staring at her. She has a deep and beautiful blue eyes, when stared, it's like looking to the depths of the ocean. Her velvet-black languid eyelashes blinked quickly, as if she wanted to tend to the one sitting in the hospital bed as soon as possible.
When she got closer, Andrea noticed her scrolled ears and elegant nose. Her worried expression flashed across her face, and her film star nails caressed my hand. A stunning face that can make a man's heart skip a beat. Her elegant aura is captivating.
With a glossy skin, Daniela hugs her tight. Daniela Snow. One of Andrea's best friend.
"What the heck happened to you? I don't know what to do anymore. I kept on texting you but I didn't even receive one reply and the next thing I know, you're lying in the hospital bed! Weeping? The doctor said that someone sent you here yesterday in the freaking evening! He said that you're over fatigue. I already told you that whenever you want food, just tell me.I--"
Andrea stopped her. She's so noisy.
"Stop. You're so loud. This is a hospital, not just some place you can shout for goodness sake."
She let her take a look at her whole body reassuring her that I'm fine.
"I'm still alive and kicking, okay. Stop whining like a lost child. I'm just tired but I'm fine now really."
She jokingly posed showing her muscles even if it's not that visible.
"Tsk. You should be thankful to the one who sent you here or else something bad might happen to you and you'll end up dead in the street. Babe, you'll literally give me a heart attack."
Dead? Hmm I wish. Wait street? Am I really found unconscious in a freaking street?
But as far as Andrea remembered she was about to jump to a cliff. Of course, she can't say that out loud. Daniela might scold her again.
She wiped her tears and looked at Andrea like she was gonna swallow her whole.
She just ignored her and wondered who might be the one who sent her here last night. She tried to ask this young lady beside her.
"By the way, have you ever met with the man who sent me here last night?"
She stared at her with those bluish eyes. She might have realized that standing tires her beauty so she sat next to Andrea.
"I didn't see the man that sent you here and the nurse said he left after he handed you here. He said to the nurse that he just saw you lying in the street unconsciously and luckily he passed by you. They called me here when they saw my number in your phone since I kept texting you last night."
Andrea sighed when she heard the fake story that the man told them. Why did he have to lie? And also if it wasn't for him, her body might be crushed last night considering the height of that cliff.
If Daniela would have known the whole story, she might really have a heart attack.
Andrea saw a waving hand in front of her so she got back to her senses.
"Stop staring at nothing, you're giving me goosebumps. What are you staring at?"
She even looked at the door where Andrea was facing and found nothing.
"Just like you said, I'm staring at nothing."
She was about to stand when Daniela stopped her. Andrea almost lost her balance.
"And where do you think you're going?" Daniela asked.
She stands up and fixes her simple yet elegant dress.
"The doctor said you're still not able to go home until your bills are paid."
"Pay it for me then."
Daniela's left dumbfounded. 'This girl really gets into my nerves'
"Heh! Okay Madam. Be thankful you're my best friend, if not I could have left you here."
"Well too bad I am. Now go, you know I don't want to be kept waiting"
She hissed at me. Silly.
I'm lucky to have a friend like this. I wonder what's the reaction of the other girls? Hmm.
The face of a young lady that looks like someone who lost a fight turned her back at Andrea and walked with big strides towards the door.
After watching her close the door, Andrea searched for her phone and found it in the side table.
She was about to open it when she saw that it had a low battery.
She put back the phone and stared at the sight outside the window beside her bed.
Probably bored of staring at nothing but skies and buildings. She lays back and closes her eyes thinking about the incident last night.
That man. Who is he? Did he know me? Why did he save me? What is he doing in that place?
She opened her eyes and tried to remember the face that she didn't have the chance to see. His voice, it's calming and makes her want to hear it again.
