Practice Match Part2
"Fierra!"
Napabaling ako ng tingin kay Lucious ng sumigaw ito.
Tiningnan niya ako na parang may pinapahiwatig kaya naman nabalik ako sa wisyo.
I remember now. I'm in the court, I need to play.
I don't want to lose this time.
The way Captain Hiyato spike the ball towards our libero, Ciyano received it, perfectly.
Hinintay ko ang set na gagawin ni Lucious nang tingnan niya ako. The way he tossed the ball up, parang nakatutok lang ang mga mata ko sa bola.
I count 1 2 3 before jumping in full force, the way I stretch my right arm backward and store force before hitting it hard.

The students become silent as the ball hit the ground on the other side of the court. The ball keep bouncing untill it slowed it self and roll over.
They never though Fierra will be that good in the first place and everyone starts to wonder, what went wrong?
But it wasn't that good at all. When the coach blow the whistle, with a hand position saying it's out of the bound.
Everyone came back to senses but still open mouthed.
"I'm sorry, I hit it that hard" It was shouted by Fierra. Base from the expression that her old teammates give, it's very surprising that she said sorry. If its them they will just received cold stare.
"She never told that to us!" someone stated.
"Go back to the game!"
Bumalik ang lahat sa wisyo ng marinig ang boses ng coach.
"That was just our 2nd loss point. Hindi pa tapos." Lucious shouted that boast the confidence of his teammates except for Fierra.
Her expression can't be written.

The team captain of red team prepare itself again for a jump serve.
By just dribbling the ball everyone become so cautious. Especially us, in our side.
I prepared myself just like the others did.
As the whistle sounds goes to our ears, the ball is now in the mid air.
"Mine!" Ciyano shouted. And received the ball.
It wasn't in the perfect shape because of the force that being given by the server the ball goes up roughly and Lucious manage to set it well.
He sent it to our back row hitter.
We succeed to return it on the other side of the court. But it's Immediately received by their libero.
The way he perfectly recieved it that fierce eyes of him shine as if it was glowing.
You can barely see the smirks painted on his lips. Na para bang nangiinis.
"Ang yabang. Tss..." Asar na saad nung back row hitter namin.
Trion Get the second set He gave a toss to— he just smirk at me!
I immediately run towards the net to block the ace. I didn't expect him coming, Base on their introduction a while ago, napunta sa amin ang karamihan na spiker.
Now I remember it now He won't call ace for nothing.
I let out a soft smirk when I blocked his spike. It was an achievement, I block the Ace after many months not playing.
"Yahhhh... Blue team got their first point!"
"That Valei girl is not bad at all!"
Now I'm the one who's going to serve.
Five-three na ang puntos, dalawa lang ang lamang namin mula sa red team.
I continue dribbling the ball in my palm to the floor while waiting to the referees whistle.
"Give as a nice serve, ate Fierra!"- Ciyano shouted without turning his gaze.
For somewhat, I'm thankful to you. I never imagined myself meeting someone like you, Ciyano Kee.
I'm going to do Spike serving that's what our family specialized. I haven't done this for a long time but I'm going to give it a try again.
We called it "Dangerous killing spike serving." This is our serving spike and its  different from the ordinary one because it can give mild injuries.
Umatras ako ng malayo sa linya bago ihagis paitaas ang bola. I run after the ball and maintain my gravity, as always  spiker do, I stretch my right arm backward and straightening my left hand forward.
I give my all force to hit the ball and just a second it hit the other side of the court ground.
Mukhang nagulat sila don kaya hindi sila agad naka react ng maayos.
The advantage, it can give the receiver a big problem to maintain the speed. Mawawalan sa control ang bola pag hindi napaghandaan ang pagkuha rito. Maaaring ma missed direction.
Ang Disadvantage naman ay madali kang mapagod kung mababa ang stamina mo at ginawa mo ang serving nang kagaya samin You only have minimum 5 serving after that hihina kana.
The advantage and disadvantage of this spike serving hit really different from the normal ones.
I took a deep breath before raising my pointing finger as a sign for 1 more ball.
It's not the perfect one, but I want to try it again and again.
I stared at the scoring board before giving my attention to the ball I'm handling right now ' five-four", just one point. Papantay na kami.
Just like, what I did a while ago. I hit the ball with all my force but this time someone try receiving it, but it goes in a wrong direction.
Everyone become silent and intensely watching.
Compared a while ago the students that are watching become lesser because the gate of the school is now open which means they can go home now anytime.
As I spike the ball again it goes in a wrong direction which make's everyone disappointed.
I felt a little pain on my right arm. Mukhang nabigla ito sa serving na ginawa ko. Naniniwala na ako na kailangan talaga ng practice at exercise ang mga player. Which is hindi ko ginawa.
Mula nung nahiwalay ako sa mga pinsan ko puro nalang skateboard ang inatupag ko. I went jogging but I'm not practicing. I maybe play volleyball but I'm lack of practices and exercise.
"Trion! give us a nice serve!"- Trion give a smirk to the students who cheered for him before hitting the ball. He even give them a wink that makes those so-called-fan cheered even more. It was just a normal serve. Pero kung maka-cgeer ang cheering squad niya parang siya na nagpanalo sa game. Ciyano perfectly received it without any problems.
The ball make it way on Lucio's direction then Lucious give me the toss.
I hit it hard but Trijo block it.  My jaw dropped when he blocked me. I didn't expect him coming. No! I didn't sense his presence coming. Ciyano won't be able to receive it because it goes down on my foot.

Ganun lang ang nangyare i'ts just a practice match so expectedly hanggang 15 lang ang naging scoring namin and since magga-gabi na, we don't have a choice but to end it.
The declared winner was the red team since they got a lot points.
"Fierra, may naghatid ng bag mo!" I heard the team captain shouted.
Tumango lang ako rito at pinagpatuloy ang pagpupunas ng pawis ko lumapit ako sa may bench at kinuha ang bag ko saka tinawag si Ciyano.
"Hoi First year!" Tawag ko dito.
Tumigil naman siya sa pagpupunas ng leeg saka bumaling saken ng may pag-tataka.
Ipinakita ko sa kanya ang skateboard ko, "Our deal a while ago, you promise to clean my board." I handed it to him bago tumalikod at nagpunta sa equipment room dala ang uniform ko.
Pagkatapos kong magpalit ng damit lumabas nako at kinuha ang bag ko.
"Hoi akin na'yan"
"Tumigil na nga kayo"
"para kayong mga bata"
Rinig na rinig sa buong gym ang bangayan nila. Lumapit ako kay coach Lao at nagpasalamat.
"Salamat sa pagpapaunlak sa aming imbitasyon, Miss Valei." Inabot nito ang kanyang kamay kaya tinanggap ko ito.
"Maraming salamat din coach." Yumuko ako dito bago magpaalam sa kanila.
Bago pa ako makalabas ng gym tinawag na'ko ni Lucious.
"That was a nice game,we're looking forward to our next practice match," He said.
Even if i don't admit it, playing with them was very comfortable unlike playing with the other teams.
I just give him a smile before leaving I even heard his team mates teasing him.
