Absinthium Forest, a forest so thick with leaves that is has become known as the Sea of Trees. Well, at least that is what had been written in a book. But what they did not write is that the forest is also known as a place for the dead. Some said a Death Angel lives in the forest and takes the soul of anyone who dares enter the forest. Some said people nearing their death would enter the forest to seek a peaceful place to die in. Some said the soul of the dead would claim the forest as their ‘home’ and would linger in the forest. No one knows which one is the truth. But for sure, once you become entangled with its depths, you will never be able to get out. And then there was Allen, the five-star hotel chef who went into the forest looking for...mushrooms.
