Chapter 7

Naya sat down under a tree after being tired of looking for a way out. At first the girl just wanted to take a walk around the tent, but suddenly she saw a very beautiful butterfly which made her unconsciously run after the butterfly until she got lost like she is now.
"I'm tired. I have somewhere else to go."
KRIEK.....
The girl quickly turned her head when she heard the sound of something, the leaves not far from her suddenly moved. "What is that? Wind? But if it's wind, why is it only the tree that's moving," he muttered.
"What if it's a wild animal?"
Naya immediately stood up straight, her eyes couldn't take her eyes off the leaves which were still moving faster and faster. Until a few seconds later the sound of his scream just came out after seeing an animal, who knows what, come out of the moving leaves. Naya ran fast, not caring if her legs really hurt because she was too tired. Unexpectedly, the animal followed her as she ran, making Naya continue to speed up her steps.
BRUK....
"AKH!!"
:::
"Naya! Where are you?!"
"Naya, Answer me if you hear my screams!" Mr. Arka walked through the forest while shouting for Naya's whereabouts. He had been walking into the forest for more than an hour but there seemed to be no sign of him.
"Where are you, Nay."
The man sighed heavily when he heard the sound of his flashlight turning off because the battery had run out. He was already in a very dark forest and now his flashlight suddenly went out. "I can't go back before I find Naya."
With minimal vision, Mr. Arka continued his steps with the help of a piece of wood which he used to check whether the road in front of him was passable or not.
SREK.... SREK....
"What sound is that?" He shouted when he heard the sound of something moving.
Mr. Arka saw a tree that seemed to be moving a little fast, because he was curious, he finally had the courage to see what was behind the tree. Luckily, he had brought a weapon with him, so he could use it in case he ever encountered a wild animal.
His steps got closer and the sound became clearer. After arriving near the tree, Mr. Arka hesitated to part the leaves. So with courage and weapons ready, Mr. Arka slowly opened the leaves.
"Naya!"
:::
"Is Mr. Arka back yet?" Mr. Juni asked several officers standing guard around the tent. Arka has been looking for Naya for quite a long time, but the man hasn't returned yet.
"Not yet, sir. Several of our teams are already looking for her and Naya's whereabouts."
"Let me know if they have been found."
"Okay sir."
In the tent, Dahya and Sina couldn't keep calm waiting for Naya. "How is this? I'm afraid Naya is doing something wrong."
"That's it, Sin, I'm sure Mr. Arka will find Naya."
"Hmm, sorry, what exactly is Naya's relationship with Mr. Arka? Sorry if I'm too curious," said Yuna curiously because since this afternoon Dahya and Sina have always been talking about the two of them.
"I don't know either. As far as I know, Mr. Arka always bothers Naya," answered Dahya.
"Disturbing? What do you mean?"
"I don't really understand either, Na."
…..
"Sir, help me sob."
"Naya, hold my hand."
Mr. Arka tried hard to get Naya out who had fallen into a fairly deep hole.
"Come on, Nay, hold my hand."
"Sob, it's not up to you, sir, sob."
Mr. Arka looked left and right, looking for a piece of wood so that Naya could reach it. "Naya hold this wood. I will pull you up."
"Hold on tight, Nay. I'll pull you out," Mr. Arka used all his strength to pull Naya out of the hole. A little later, the girl could almost climb up.
"Hold on tight, Nay."
"Sir, watch out!!"
SREK...  BUGHH...
"ARGHHHH!" Mr. Arka screamed in pain when a monkey suddenly came and immediately attacked him. The monkey scratched his arm until it bled.
"Sir."
Mr. Arka immediately opened fire in any direction when the monkey was about to attack him again. Because of fear, the monkey finally ran away.
:::
"We just received news from the forest police that wild monkeys are roaming freely here."
It was already early morning, several officers guarding the tent had just received news from the forest police about wild monkeys wandering around the forest.
"Is that dangerous?" asked Mr. June.
"According to the forest police, wild monkeys are very dangerous. The monkeys will attack humans they see because they feel threatened by human presence."
"We'd better cancel this camping. Tonight all the students have to return to Bandung."
"That's right, sir. Wild monkeys are very dangerous."
"What about Arka and Naya? Have they been found?"
"Not yet sir, we and the forest police will look for them."
"Okay. Please tell all the students to pack up their belongings. We're going home now."
:::
Mr. Arka continued walking through the forest looking for a way out while carrying Naya who had a leg injury. The man had been walking for more than 30 minutes, making him really out of breath, plus the wounds caused by the monkey's scratches were very painful.
"S-sir," Naya called softly.
"What's wrong Naya? Do you need anything?"
"We've walked too far. You must be tired. Put me down."
"No. Your leg is injured."
"But you must be tired."
"I'm okay, Naya."
"Sir, there is a hut there. Can you stop and rest there for a moment?"
Because he felt very tired, Mr. Arka finally complied with Naya's request to rest there. The man sat Naya on top of an old hut that was almost in disrepair.
"Sir, your arm is injured," Lyric Naya looked at the blood coming out of her teacher's arm.
Mr. Arka grimaced as he moved his arm. "It's okay. What about your legs?"
"My leg is fine, sir. What should I be worried about is your injury?"
Naya tore off her sleeve which had been torn due to the fall, then tied Arka's injured arm with the sleeve she had just torn. "At least this way your blood won't come out too much. I'm sorry that Arka got hurt like this."
Mr. Arka still, this is the first time Naya has been nice to him. All this time, the girl had always been mean and afraid of him.
"Naya."
Naya looked up, looked at Mr. Arka who was now also looking at her deeply. "Sir, what do you want to do, Arka?" Nya asked panicked when Mr. Arka brought his face closer.
"S-sir."
"Shh," Mr. Arka put his index finger right in front of Naya's lips.
"Don't be loud. The monkey was near us," he whispered softly.
Mr. Arka pulled Naya's body closer to him. The man deliberately took advantage of the narrow opportunity. When else can you hug Naya without the girl protesting? Actually, Naya herself already knew about her teacher's method, but she could only remain silent because she was afraid of the wild monkey.
