Ilang araw na rin akong hindi nakakapag pahinga dahil sa sikip ng schedule ko.
Pictorial, Shoots and Event my life now sucks. Humupa na ang issue dahil sa mga taong naniniwala sa akin. It was hard hiding from my shades and walking on crowded places without getting any attention from someone.
"Omg my favorite!" my eyes spark when my mom place a bowl with chicken curry in it.
I decided to visit my parent's house kasi ako nalang din mag-isa sa condo. Sinabihan ko na si Leigh na p'wede na siyang umalis kung gusto niya dahil hindi naman rin ako masyadong nakakatanggap ng hate comments, less hate comments, less pain.
"Mabuti naman anak at naisipan mong akong bisitahin dito." ani ni mama habang nilalagyan ng kanin ang plato ko.
Everytime I visit here I always forget about my diet kaya napapagalitan ako ni Harley pero pinapagalitan din naman siya ni mama. Natatawa nalang ako sa naalala ko no'ng sinermonan siya ni mama kaya nag schedule na lamang si Harley ng araw kung saan pwede kong kainin lahat ng pagkain na gusto kong kainin, Yey!
"Oo nga ma sorry ah minsan na lang ako bumisita dito.....pero nagtatrabaho lang talaga ako nang maigi para maibigay ko ang lahat ng gusto niyo." ani ko st binigyan siya ng tipid na ngiti.
I was born poor but when I became eighteen, nagtrabaho ako sa mga magagaan lang na trabaho para hindi rin masagabal ang pag-aaral ko. One time when I was in college I watch a shooting near our school, papunta din ako sa trabaho ko dahil walang prof. sa subject namin noon but suddenly an opportunity came. Kinailangan nila ng isang nerd girl kuno para sa may bandang bullying scene. Nagkakagulo na ang ibang babae rin na nanonood kaya umalis nalang ako at baka makuyog pa ako doon, mahirap na.
"Girlalu!..." dinig kong tawag ng baklang staff. "Ay ang bingi! Maganda sana." natatawa niyang ani kaya lumingon ako.
Nakita kong nakatingin ang lahat sa akin, I felt I was in a spotlight.
"A-Ako po ba?" turo ko sa sarili ko.
Naglakad siya papunta sa akin at tiningnan ako mula ulo hanggang paa, nakahawak pa ako no'n sa bag kong may punit dahil sa lintek na daga!
"Beauty, perfect!...Body, perfect! Hmmm" tiningnan niya pa akong maiigi "You're in!"
Hindi pa maproseso sa isipan ang kaniyang sinabi nagtataka naman ako sa ibang babae na parang bumuntong hininga dahil sa pagkadismaya.
"Jusko girl ang lutang mo! So g ka ba?" h- sh-? she giggle like a kikay girl.
Napaawang ang labi ko nang naproseso na sa utak ko ang mga nangyayari. Shocks! Ako yung pinili niya sa role? Omg halos mapatalon ako.
"S-Sige po!" I agreed kaya ngumiti ito.
Kinagat niya ang labi niya na para bang nag-aalala habang nagbabasa ng script.
Kinamot niya ang kaniyang ulo "Do you know how to throw words? yung parang intense? yung savage? The writer forgot to write the nerd's script I'm really sorry." bumuntong hininga ito naghihintay sa sagot ko.
Inisip ko na lamang na kakayanin ko 'to, I can't do it if I won't try at saka dagdag kita ko na rin 'to.
""Y-Yes po...." I bit my lips when she smile and announce to start.
I did not thought that it was the way on my career now, naiahon ko ang magulang ko sa pag-aartista it wasn't easy being popular lalo na't sa simula palang ay may bashers na ako. Little did they know the witch they're calling has a deep past.
"Huwag mong pagurin ang sarili mo mas importante ka sa amin ng papa mo kaysa sa pera, nabuhay tayong kapos sa pera Kel anak kaya hindi na tayo mangangamba kung bumalik tayo sa dati." pagpapa-alala ni mama sa akin.
Totoo din naman si mama, I lived with lack of resources but I won't let them suffer again.
"Where do you wanna go ma?" I ask my mom while eating the rice.
Umiling siya "Nako iponin mo nalang iyang pera mo Kel anak, we don't know the future baka kailanganin mo." seryoso niyang ani habang kumakain rin.
Ever since we became rich, my mom is still down to earth and also my dad. They don't take advantage of my popularity nor my money cause they know how I worked hard just to reach this position on showbiz.
"It's up to you ma...." ngumiti ako at kumain na ulit.
My dad is on his relatives province, malungkot nga dahil hindi kami nakasama ni mama dahil sa sobrang busy ko at gusto daw ni mama na mag relax nalang muna sa bahay.
Pagkatapos kong kumain ay napagpasiyahan ko nang umalis.
"Bye ma!" kumaway ako sa kaniya habang iniliko ang manobela, kumaway naman ito sa akin pabalik.
Hindi ako pwedeng magtagal dahil marami pa ding mga events na naka schedule sa akin, like magazine shoots, fashion shows invitation, runway fashion show and movie shooting. If I could just cut my body into many version of me I already did but I'm not in a cartoon movies where I could divide myself with many version of myself.
"Hello Harley? I'm on my way back to my condo, are you there? want something?" I ask her when I'm still driving.
Baka kasi may gusto siyang ipabili o baka hindi pa siya nag la-lunch hindi pa naman ako nag grocery.
"Nah I'm okay here nag grocery ako kanina." aniya na parang nag hihiwa "Are you done eating don't limit yourself if you're there baka masermonan na naman ako ni tita." biro niya at tumawa.
I playfully rolled my eyes and laugh "Gagi hahahaha bahala ka nga diyan."
Everytime I'm being carried away, nakakasabi ako ng mga ganiyan. Minsan nga ay natatawa nalang din ako sa sarili ko dahil kahit anong pilit kong maging elegante eto talaga ako eh, I can't change myself just to please someone. Unlike Leigh na lumaki sa isang mayaman na pamilya, though she's not making me feel like I'm lower than her. Nakikisabay siya sa mga ginagawa ko gaya ng kumain sa mga street foods, mag shopping sa divisorya at maglaro sa mga carnival. But of course hindi mawawala sa katawan namin ang shades at hat sa tuwing pumupunta kami sa crowded places, just for our protection.
"Baliw ka sige bye na nga mag gigisa pa ako." aniya tsaka in-end na ang call.
After she ended the call I put my whole attention on driving while listening on Leaves by Ben &Ben.
I arrived on my condo at 1:57 nakita kong naka-upo si Harley sa, wearing a blazer and pants.
"You're late for 20 seconds however get yourself ready we are going to a fashion show, Zack Mafron invited us." she said scrolling on her iPad.
"W-What?? But-"
"No buts change your clothes and get yourself ready." she commanded crossing her arms and arch her brows.
Umalis akong nakabusangot pumasok na sa aking kwarto. I throw my bag on the bed and went to my walk-in closet.
"Ugh!!! I hate this!" I exclaimed while choosing my dresses.
I have a hard time choosing because without any doubts all of them are fantastic, though Harley told me that I should choose the best one.
"60 minutes Kel! we can't be late!" Harley continuosly knock on my door informing me.
I rolled my eyes "Yeah copy that roger" I shouted.
After 2 minutes I finally choose what I will gonna wear. I chose the black halter strap dress that filled of white small diamonds. I apply makeup on my face, not that too much to make someone be intimidated then wear my diamond earrings. I brought a chanel purse and wear my gucci shades just to be more fashionable.
"I'm done Harley let's go...." I went outside the condo holding my purse with my phone in it.
Paglabas namin ay nandoon na ang driver na naghihintay sa labas ng sasakyan na nakapamulsa. Agad naman itong umayos ng tayo nang makita kami at pinabuksan ako ng pintuan. Sometimes I'm being irritated with such movements why? I HAVE HANDS.
"Thank you" I glance at him and thank.
Nag ce-cellphone lang ako sa buong byahe para maibsan ang boredom ko. I hope this fashion show will give me enough reason why I am going there.
"Oh hello beautiful Keilee Shin Herrera so goddess with your dress." Zack compliment as we kiss the each side of our cheeks.
He's a popular fashion designer in Philippines wherein some of the famous personality abroad choose him to be their designer.
I smile "Don't mention it Zack by the way thanks for inviting me here I hope you'll give me the wow look when the fashion show start." I chuckled.
"Not to worry Kel you will not be disappointed going here." he wink at me and walk away to talk with his other visitors.
I playfully rolled my eyes "As always, too confident." I whispered by myself.
I walk on the red carpet getting the attention of all. Seductively smiling on them with my dominant eyes.
I stop and pose when I arrived on the part of the red carpet where photographers are taking pictures.
"Always Gorgeous Miss Keilee" the photographer acknowledged staring at my face with her camera so I gave her a smile.
The moment I arrived inside the place was really elegant I'm expecting great designs too.
"You're also here huh?" I almost jump on my seat when he suddenly talked out of nowhere.
I rolled my eyes looking at him with my dark aura "Why are you here Zerio Drake Connor?"
He lick his lips leaning towards me "To be with you......?"
He's Zerio, my admirer I guess? He confessed to me that he likes me, that he would change his self just to be worth it for me...but nah he's not doing it seriously.
"Suntok gusto mo?" Nilabanan ko ang malandi niyang tingin kinuyom ko ang kamao ko at itinapat sa kaniya.
Wala naman sigurong makakapansin sa akin dahil abala ang lahat sa pag pe-prepare para sa fashion show, so I can puch him whenever I want right now.
"Relax Lion..." hinawakan niya ang kamay ko at ibinaba iyon "You're too aggressive can you please be a cute kitten for a moment?" tanong niya.
"HINDI!" galit kong tugon at inirapan siyang muli.
Sa kaka-irap ko sa kaniya ay siguro makikita ko na ang utak ko sa loob ng bungo ko.
"Fine darling" he whisper by leaning towards me more "It's okay for me." he chuckles atsaka lumayo na umayos na sa pag-upo.
Unfortunately we're sitting on the same row and most unfortunately he is sitting beside me. How unlucky I am right?
The fashion show started with colorful eye-catching lights on the stage. The models started to walk wearing Zack's designs in fairness I was amazed with his creativity to his design.
"Who do you think is prettier between those lady?" Zerio ask me in a whisper manner.
I switch my head to the side to make a face but my lips suddenly touches the side of his. He touch his lips using the tip of his thumb while staring at me.
I fix the way I'm sitting and cleared my throat "T-They're both pretty Zerio, happy with my answer? so please shut your mouth and just watch the show." I muttered so he chuckled.
Gusto ko ng umalis pero paano? Mas makaka kuha ako ng attention pag tumayo ako, damn this guy!
Bumuntong hininga na lamang ako at patuloy ang panonood. Thankfully Zerio did not bother me again the whole show, the atmosphere is becoming more light when he's not uttering any words.
"Please welcome the designer behind these wonderful design....Zack Mafron!" the whole place was filled with applause from people watching Zack walk through the stage.
On his back, there were models wearing suit and dress. He really made me amaze with what he have done.
"For everyone who's here I would like to thank you all for going to my fashion show. I hope I didn't made someone disappointed but instead I made you amaze." he chuckles while holding the microphone "This is a special event to me so thank you for being here. For the sponsors and the vip persons sitting infront thanks for supporting me and my fellow designers who helped me I just want to say thank you." he smiled and bowed down.
Kung kanina ay galit at naiinis pa ako dahil inimbitahan niya ako dito, I regret by those actions. This day is important to him and here I am being bitter I'm slowly regretting it.
We gave him around of applause when he finished talking. There's an after party kaya lumabas nalang muna ako ng venue at pumunta sa may balcony. I walk through the stairs wearing my white high heels.
The moment I step out of the balcony a heavy breeze of wind welcome me. Niyakap ko ang aking sarili at sinandal ang braso sa sementadong railings.
"Are you trying to avoid me?" I did not bother to look at him standing beside me.
Bakit ba niya ako sinusundan? I already said that I'm not into the guys like him but damn he is.
"Bakit ka nandito?" tanong ko habang nakatingin sa mga mata niya at hinahangin ang buhok.
He stared at me straight on my eyes for many minutes without any movement from his body.
He sighed "Wear this"
Ugh! I hate this scene nakita ko na ito sa mga movies eh! And guess what I'm one of the actress of that movie.
"I'm cold as a wind Zerio so don't bother." I utter in my cold tone so he did not talk again.
Mas niyakap ko pa ang sarili ko dahil lumalakas ang hangin, I just wanna be alone but this guy's keep approaching me.
I gaze at the stars shining from the dark sky, I smiled to it when I saw the one that has brightest shine. Sabi nila pag ang bituin daw ay may malakas na ningning Maaari daw na hindi ito bituin kundi isang planeta kaya napa-isip ako do other planet and alien exist?
Habang nakatingin lang ako sa kalangitan ay nakita ko gamit ang gilid ng mata ko na hinuhubad ni Zerio ang suit niya, hindi ko nalang pinansin andami din nitong trip eh.
"Don't punch me Kel I just don't want you to be warm, I know you're cold right now." he hesitated when I was about to punch him.
He's so defensive, I'm not that warfreak to punch him without any enough reason to do it.
"Ba't hindi mo ako kayang mahalin pabalik?" tanong nito habang nakatingin sa kalangitan.
Yeah, he's handsome, he's rich but is he loyal nor faithful?
"I'm not stupid as your ex." matigas kong tugon
I'm not rock hearted to hurt him like this but it's better to hurt him than regretting loving him.
"I'm just kidding but seriously I wanted to stop from chasing you but how funny my heart can't just stop from loving you." he chuckles a little and glance at me so I avoid it. I kept on avoiding but the more I avoid the more he approaches me.
Yakap ko na ngayon ang suit niya, my body became warmer because of it.
"I'm sorry if I'm hurting you but...... I prioritize my family rather than those romance shit." I replied.
