“We're coming, Azaria. Come with me, ano bang nangyayari kay Wilder and where the hell is Dashiell?” nailing na reklamo ni Evangeline. Pinakansela ni Wilder ang klase tapos ngayon ay pinatuloy nya ang exam? Azaria don't know what to do she just followed Evangeline. “Kumain ka na ba iha?” mabilis na tumango si Azaria, kusang gumuhit ang ngiti sa labi nang maalala ang almusal kanina. “Dash cooked for you I guess?” she asked Azaria teasingly. Dash is known as a very good cook and every member of the council and the students knows it. “H-how did you know?” nahihiyang tanong ni Azaria. Evangeline just smiled meaningfully, she knew that Azaria slept at Dash's house and she knows Dash always cooks for himself and for his visitors. It was just a lucky guess but Azaria confirmed her deductions.
Nang makarating sila sa Right Battle Arena ay napanganga si Azaria sa nadatnan roon. “I am invited to observe every student's ability to heal themselves during battle. Isa ito sa pinakamahirap na exams as preparation for the school year but you should observe their skills, you know you'll be attending the class here as well.” Azaria nodded her head as she watched the students fly around the arena with their brooms and magic carpets.
Evangeline picked up a microphone in front of her and spoke. “Student 266 you have violations! No one is allowed to use teleportation! -20 for you!” she shouted as she put down the microphone. Napapailing naman ang estudyante na may numerong 266 sa likod ng uniform. “Where is Wilder? Where are the councils?” inilibot ni Evangeline ang tingin at saka natanaw si Wilder at Dash sa kabilang parte ng Arena.
Ang mga councils naman ay nakakalat din sa arena ngunit nagtataka bakit sya pa ang dapat pumuna sa mga violations. “Student councils observe if there are any violations!” bigla ay rinig ni Azaria na utos ni Wilder, napatingin sya kay Dash na nakasuot din ng uniform na gaya ng sa mga estudyante. Nang magkatinginan ang dalawa ay kusang gumuhit ngiti sa labi ng dalawa. “Exams for Set D! Students na kabilang sa Set D pasok!” nagulat naman si Azaria nang bumaba si Dash sa kinalalagyan para pumunta sa lugar kung saan maglalaban ang mga estudyante. “Dashiell Edger Arrowood Student Number 1, no teleporting and don't use your skills as a vampire warrior. This is an examination for the art of healing if you'll be unable to heal yourself during battle it means you failed the test and that will be the same for others understood?” Evangeline told the students, its her job since this is her subject and she should be fair.
On the other hand, Azaria couldn't help but be nervous for Dash there are hundred of students on the battle area and she knows they have to fight each other. “Don't worry about Dash, he'll be fine.” wika ni Evangeline nang makita ang pag-aalala sa mukha ni Azaria. “He's a fighter,” dagdag pa ni Evangeline at pinanood ang simula ng examination ng mga estudyante. the students fly around the arena and attacked each other using their powers. “Student 99 Failed, Healers come in!” the student that Wilder called out fell from it's magic carpet and was unable to heal himself and it only means he failed the test. “Broken bones.” Evangeline whispered as she shook her head. “Students be careful!” Azaria then saw Dash fighting with a student using fire. She saw his fangs came out and kicked his opponent's leg.
His opponent fell on the ground and Dash healed himself and as he do this he looked towards Azaria and he saw the worried look on her face. He smirked to himself, ‘Do I look like a weakling to her?’ he looked up and fly towards Azaria's position. “Dashiell Arrowood Student number 1 passed.” Azaria let out a sigh of relief and smiled when she saw Dash waving in front of her. “Let's talk later, bye.” tumango na lang si Azaria sa binata at nakangiting pinanood ito na umalis. Lingid sa kaalaman ni Azaria ay pinagmamasdan sila ni Evangeline.
Matapos ang examination ay pinasakay ni Evangeline si Azaria sa Sky board tungo sa bahay ni Dash. “Sky board is safe, you'll get use to it.” Azaria just closed her eyes the whole time, sky board is cool because it feels like you're flying but what scares her was what if she fell? “Open your eyes now.” nang imulat ni Azaria ang mata ay nakita nya si Dash sa harap nya. “Congrats sa exam kanina,” bati ni Azaria sa binata na nakangiti sa kanya at saka sya bumaba sa sky board ngunit talagang nanghihina ang tuhod nya mula sa pagkasakay sa sky board kaya naman napakapit sya sa braso ni Dash. “Easy, Easy!” natatawang pang-aasar sa kanya ng binata. Sinamaan nya ito ng tingin at saka hinampas ito. “Let's go to the Juice Bar or you want to go to the coffee shop?” Azaria thought for it for a moment, she smiled before answering. “Coffee shop, I'm craving for coffee.” Dash and Azaria walked out of the house to go to the coffee shop.
Sari-saring mga tindahan ang nakikita ni
Azaria sa CAU. “Thats our bookshop and there is the wand repairing shop. Oh there's the coffee shop let's go?” Dash held Azaria's hands and they both ran towards the coffee shop and as they entered Azaria saw a fascinating shop. “Sit right here, Azaria ako na ang oorder.” umupo lang ng tahimik si Azaria sa upuan kung san sya dinala ni Dash at tahimik na pinanood ang binata na pumila sa counter. Ilang sandali pa ay narinig ni Azaria ang mga tawa ni Dash at nang lumingon sya ay nakita nya si Dash na may kausap na babae. “Welcome to CAU then, good luck sa entrance exam.” wika ni Dash at saka naglakad pabalik kay Azaria. “Di ka na umorder?” tanong ni Azaria tanging number lang ang dala ni Dash. “They got my order already, may number na nga tayo oh. Number 24,” pinakita pa ni Dash ang number sa kanya at ngumiti.
“There are two telepaths in this shop, kaya they already know what's our order.” napatango na lang si Azaria, ang astig dito sa CAU. “Here's your order Dash, oh! Is this Howard's lovely daughter?” Azaria recognized the accent and she's certain that the woman was Italian, “Yes she is, thank you for the lovely coffee.” Dash thanked the woman and you just smiled at her not knowing what to do. “Of course, sweet and lovely red coffee for Dashiell,” Red coffee? mabilis na tiningnan ni Azaria ang kape ngunit hindi naman ito pula. “Oh dear, it's not called Red coffee because its color is red. It is because its main ingredient was red mythical fruit found on the White forest, we're the only ones who offer this coffee come on taste it.” Dash handed her the cup of coffee and when Azaria sipped on to the cup, she tasted the most tasty coffee ever. “You loved it don't you? my boy I have to go there are many customers right now!” umalis ang babae at naiwan ang dalawa sa table nila, tahimik pa ring iniinom ni Azaria ang kape habang si Dash ay pinapanood lamang sya. “You must be shocked to know, how are you feeling?” when Azaria heard his worried tone she tried her best to smile genuinely. “It was weird but finally I know this is where I belong...” Dash smiled as he raise his cup, “Welcome to CAU?” Azaria raise her cup and imitated Dash. “Welcome to CAU,” She laughed before drinking her coffee and Dash was dumbfounded and he realized that being close to Azaria right now is a bit dangerous...
