Kiely Trinity Barrameda, a future pediatrician doctor who used to have a typical college life in Manila was never been thought of coming to the province of Camarines Sur whence her Mamita was. Then, unexpectedly, their parents decided to transfer them to the mentioned province due to a business matter. And she never thought that she would enjoy staying in an unfamiliar ambiance.
