"Eh?!" I said, shocked.

"Can I go after you?" He said while smiling. I can't focus on what he was saying because I was stunned.
"A-Are you d-drunk?" I stammered. I guess I heard it right. He said that... he wanted to hit on me? To go after me??
"Ahm, no, why? Do I look like I'm drunk?" He exhorted while looking at me.
"Do you really mean what you have said?" I asked him, wanting to be sure. I was supposed to clarify it first! Likewise, I don't want to assume because maybe he's just fooling around with me, and didn't really mean it.
"About me hitting on you??" He said with no shame at all! He is not even ashamed of what he says!
"You have no shame at all, huh?" I said. More like a statement. He just chuckled and said, "yes, I mean it. And... I've been thinking about hitting on you a few months ago."
"Nicco," I called his name and he looked me straight in the eye. "Why did you like me?" I asked, frankly.
"A-Ahm... I don't k-know. M-Maybe, I just liked you all of a sudden. No perfect definition, and no perfect reason. That's it!" He confidently smiled. It's like he's so proud of what he just said.
"D-Do you think i-it's w-weird?" I asked, not even sure if I will offend him. "What's weird?" He questioned.
"T-This... u-uhh, so basically w-we're both m-men, and uhh.. t-the society now a d-days.. d-don't you t-think it's w-weird, huh?" I asked, nervously. I tried hard not to say any offensive words.
"Nope, I think it's not. Because I'm not the only one who has this feeling towards my same-sex. Nowadays, there are many same-sex relationships. Do not worry. Just tell me if you are uncomfortable with my presence, and you are ashamed because I like you, let me stay away from you. So, don't worry." When he said those words he got up and started walking away, but I stopped him.

"H-Hey, I didn't mean it t-that way. I'm just curious." I smiled and pulled him to sit down again.
"When you said that you like and want me, I felt really really weird. I didn't know if you were just joking that day. But then, I suddenly believed that you really like me, hehehe. So, if you think that I feel disgusted, you're wrong. Actually, I really wonder why I don't feel disgust---"
"Maybe because you like me too, hehehehe." He inserted in the middle of my (kind of) storytelling.
"Let me finish first, okay? I'm saying my statement here." I insist. "So, that's it. I just can't really believe that Nicco Salvador, the chick boy guy, will like me. Damn, incredible." I said as if it was the most incredible thing that happened to me.
"Eeh! The urging butterflies in my stomach, Pierre! Stop it. Hahahahahaha!" He laughed like a child, so I slapped him lightly on the arm.
"Tsh." I reacted to his actions. He looks like a child, tss.
"So, uhh.. about my question awhile ago... can you let me hit on you..?" He nervously asked.
Actually, Nicco is kind, he's just a chick boy. And he's also caring. All I can think about is what people will say if they find this out. Society nowadays is indeed toxic, but nothing will be lost if I don't try. Good luck, good luck, Pierre.
"A-Ahm, you can do whatever you want to do. Just don't go over the limitatio--!"
"Yes!! Hahahahaha!" I could not continue what I was about to say because he shouted, really really loud. I was ashamed of the people here in the park, so I quickly covered his mouth.
"Why are you shouting, huh!?"
"Nothing. I'm just happy, hehehe."
Nicco and I stayed there for a few minutes before deciding to go home. He did not accompany me home because his house was far away.
When I got home, a maid told me that daddy was calling me to go to his office.
My father is already home.
"Hi, dad." I greeted him.
"Hi, son! How's the interview??" He asked about my interview earlier. I sat on a chair near dad's table.
"It's okay. But, dad, you said you wouldn't interfere with this matter? I just found out that you ordered them to take care of me. I knew it from the workers in the company." I said pretending to be sulking.
"Oh, I did that?" He said he's not guilty at all. "I just did it because I'm worried about you. And also, son..." He hung up his speech making me look seriously at him. He is very serious, though.
"Yes, dad?" I asked, and he looks like he was going to tell me something serious. I'm kinda nervous, eh.
"Why can't you buy a condo where you can live apart from here at home. Because I know that you already graduated, you will also have your own job soon, maybe you also want a condo to live in. You know, you can also bring girls anytime you want there, hehehehe." He suddenly jokes.
"Dad!" I shouted softly at him.
I don't even have a girlfriend! Although, someone really likes me... it's just Nicco.
"Kidding aside, hahaha. You also want it right?"
"Yes, k-kinda." I replied.
"Great! Tell me when you're free. I will tell Khianne to join you in finding a condominium."
"I'm free tomorrow, dad. I just don't know in the next few days."
"Then you two should go tomorrow." He suggested. I agreed with him.
We just talk about stuff. I really avoid mentioning my mom every time dad and I talk. Even if this is how dad behaves I know he has not been able to move on much from what happened. I can still feel that he is still hurting. I just hope he can move on sooner.
After I took a shower I planned to go to bed when someone texted me.

I turned off my cell phone so that I could no longer receive a message from him. I also need to go to bed early because I still have work to do tomorrow.
Finally, I can now have my own condominium! After 23 years! Finally, It's not that I do not want to live in this house. All I have in mind is, of course, I am now old enough, I'm now at the right age, so it would be better if I were to be apart from them (dad and Nixx). But of course I surely can't help but to miss such things about this house.
Tomorrow morning, I immediately called Khianne about me finding a condo to live in. He said that we will meet in a mall near the university. I just wore a plain gray t-shirt partnered with black ripped jeans and white sneakers.
I drove all the way to that mall. He texted me that he's already inside which is odd because normally he's the one who's always late whenever we see each other. Hmmmm.
He said that he's at a tea store near the supermarket. I tried to call him thrice, but he didn't answer.
I went inside the tea store and looked for Khianne, but he was not there. Furthermore, I called him on the phone a few more times, but he didn't really answer.
When I find out you're just kidding me, Khianne, I will really punch you. Damn.
I looked for him again in the whole tea store, but there was nothing. Hayst. I'm starting to get pissed.

Suddenly someone touched my back, and I was ready for self-defense, but I was shocked when I saw Nicco! With a big, big smile on his face.
