I gather my things up before pulling my bag closer and place my things neatly inside the bag. 
“Savanah, wait!”   
Napahinto ako sa pag-aayos ng gamit ko nang may tumawag sa’kin. 
Parang dumaga sa biglang lakas ng tibok ng puso ko. Ramdam ko rin ang malamig na pawis na namumuo sa noo ko nang tumakbo siya papalapit sa’kin. 
Santino running to me? Am I dreaming? 
Hingal siyang tumigil sa harapan ko. He was towering over me so I stood up but that didn’t even help! I’m not tall! Gosh, wrong move. 
I sigh and raise a brow to him, not daring to speak up at any time. He chuckled when he saw it kaya naman medyo nakaramdam ako ng hiya. 
Feel ko pinipigil ko na ang paghinga ko dahil sa bawat galaw niya may epekto sa’kin. 
“Kita mo ba ‘yung gulo kanina?” he asked but I didn’t speak so he continued, “Well, it happened last week too according to them at naulit uli ngayon. So, this must be acted fastly at maiparating sa Office para hindi na maulit. I noticed na nakakasagabal na rin sila sa... sa ibang tao.” 
Now, I knotted my forehead dahil alam ko naman ang sinasabi niya. Why is he not making point and why the hell is he updating me about this? 
“Okay...?” sagot ko na lamang sakaniya at kinuha na ang bag ko para isakbit nang bigla niyang kinuha sa’kin ang bag ko at niyapos. 
“Akin na ‘yan, Natividad. Isa,” I said with a serious tone. 
“Favor muna.” He said and hugged my bag even tighter. That action made me blush because of a sudden thought. 
Bakit ‘yung bag pa, p’wede namang ako. 
Tumikhm ako para alisin ‘yon sa isip ko bago siya sagutin, “What favor?” 
“Because of what happened earlier...’yon nga, need i-report sa office... of course we need a witness. Kaya ikaw sana ‘yon. Vien told me say it to you.” 
“May ibang tao pa rito bukod sa’kin.” nangangabang sagot ko sakaniya sabay tingin sa mga magkakaibigan na nagkakagulo lang kanina. 
“Not trusted.” 
Mas lalo ata akong kinabahan do’n. 
Ano ba ‘to?! What if ipatawag sina Mama at Papa? Lagot ako do’n for sure. Oh my god, what should I do? Itanggi ko kaya ngayon na hindi ko nakita ‘yung nangyari kasi focus ako sa pagre-review? Kunwari I was so lost with my lesson reading for the quiz, so I did not hear them fighting? 
I jolted to my surprise when Santino lowered his head to level my height. My eyes even widened when he placed his hand on the top of my head. 
“I know what you're thinking, Missy. You saw and heard what happened earlier. You are the only person in here na hindi nila kaibigan. So, there would be no bias kapag ikaw ang ginawang witness sa office.” 
Hindi ako makasagot agad sakaniya dahil sa akto niya ngayon sa’kin. He is not actually like this kapag hindi niya ka-close ang isang tao. 
Of course, I know it. I’ve been liking him for almost five years now! 
He sighs and straightens his posture as he places his right hand to his pocket while the other is still holding my bag. 
“Fine, may kapalit ang pagiging witness mo.” 
I scoffed with his statement, “Are you bribing me, Natividad?” 
He gave a sly smirk on me, “What if I am?” 
“Well, it’s a no then.” I tried to get my bag from him pero itinaas niya iyon para hindi ko maabot. 
I don’t like this interaction. Hindi ko iyon inabot nang itaas niya pa lalo kaya tumawa siya. I crossed my arms and just stared at him. 
Just like what I always do. Titigan siya mula sa malayo, pero ngayon ay level up dahil parang naka zoom in sakaniya. 
“Anong pang suhol mo?” tanong ko sakaniya but not fully giving in. 
He smiled widely that just gave a full view for me to see his cute red cheeks and dimples! 
“Since the whole week is puro quiz and checking of notebook, ibibigay ko sa’yo reviewer ko and notes.” 
Now he has my attention. 
I squinted my eyes, “What subject?” 
“KomPan?” 
“Okay na pala ‘wag na, meron na ‘ko niyan.” 
“IPHP? EmpTech? GenMath? Is it okay?” he asked hopefully. I sigh. 
“You know that I master those subjects, right?” 
Oh wait. He doesn’t know anything about me, so what do I expect.
