As I went upstairs I decided to write a poem even though I don't know how.

Under the rain we played,
We laugh and enjoy every moment,
A blessing in disguise
Who made my day unluckily lucky.
A thunderstorm who brought me comfort
Being with you makes my heart warm
You're the music in my rainy day
You're the coffee who makes me warm.
I used to hate this weather, but now I love it and it's because of you.
You made me realize that despite the cold weather, I can feel warmth and it's because of your Presence.
Damn. It's not as good as I expected. But still I know I can improve.
I layed down on my bed and the last time I knew I just fell asleep.
"Hey brother wake up" I woke up when I felt that someone was shaking me and it's my brother.
"It's already past afternoon, let's eat" I nodded my head in response.
I made my way downstairs and I noticed that Gab is not here yet.
So I decided to go to her room.
"Hey, gab let's eat" i knocked on the door, but no response so i entered the room
"Gab- shit" I muttered when I realized that she has a fever.
"Mom, do we have any medicines here" I asked my mom.
"Why son? " My mom asked me
"Gab has a fever" I answered.
"What? Okay wait let me get my medicine and you Nikki, Kumuha ka ng Warm water and towel." My mom said so I obeyed it.
I put the wet towel on her forehead.
I accidentally woke her up because of that.
"Nikki," she whispered.
"Hey, how do you feel?" I worriedly asked.
"Hmm, masakit ulo ko" she answered.
"Just take a rest okay?" I said.
"Hija, uminom ka muna ng gamot" My mom said.
"Thank you po tita" Gab said.
"Here, eat this porridge, I cook this one so that you can eat before you drink your medicine" My mom said.
"Thank you po" Gab replied.
I stay here in the room so that I can take care of her.
"Nikki, kaya ko naman" She said because I was about to feed her.
"No, let me take care of you" I insist.
Kung siya ang mag-aalaga sakin tuwing may sakit ako keri lang bes, kahit hindi na ako gumaling go lang.
Kahit wala akong panlasa alam kong masarap ang lugaw na gawa ni tita. Naks tita HAHAHAH.
"Here drink your medicines and take a rest right after, okay?" Sabi niya bago lumabas ng kwarto ko ininom ko na ang gamot maya maya ay nakaramdam na naman ako ng antok. Shuta nakakahiya na ha.
Nagising ako ng maramdaman ko na may humahawak sakin, nakita ko si tita.
"Bumaba na ang lagnat mo" Sabi niya. "Kumusta na ang pakiramdam mo?" Pagtatanong niya
"Ayos na po tita, salamat po sa pag aalaga sakin" pagpapasalamat ko.
"Wala yun hija, ayos ka na ba? Kaya mo na bang tumayo? Labas ka na muna medyo humina na rin ang ulan kumain ka ulit para lumakas ka" Sabi ni tita at lumabas na kami ng kwarto.
"Hey, feeling okay now?" Tanong ni Nikki
"Ah oo ayos na ako" Sabi ko naman at ngitian siya.
The moment she drank her medicine I made my way out of the guest room. I saw my parents looking at me weirdly.
"Is she the girl you like, son?" My dad asked.
"W-what are you talking about?" I stuttered.
"Sus halata naman, the way you look at her that's how i look at your mom" My dad replied and he looked at my mom, with a sparkle in his eyes.
"Enebe para ka naman shere" my mom replied with a pabebe voice causing me to laugh.
"Pero balik tayo sa topic natin, siya ba ang nagugustuhan mong babae??" My mom asked.
"I'm hungry let's eat" I tried to change the topic but I failed . They teased me.
"Oh my son, you're now a grown man" my dad teased me. "Do you need some advice and tips from an expert like me?" He added.
"Yes dad- i mean no" I replied and he just laughed. They continue to tease me as we eat. But dad gave me some advice so I listened attentively which caused him to chuckle.
"I like her for you son" my dad added which causes my heart to flutter.
"Thanks dad"I chuckled.
"Ako rin anak, she brings positive vibes and totoo siya sa sarili niya unlike the other girls na masyadong pabebe she's straight forward and i love her laugh pareho kaming malakas tumawa" my mom said. And once again i chuckled.
As we finished our food, my mom went inside the guest room.
After a few minutes I saw my mom went out together with Gab.
She's undeniably beautiful…
I stopped myself to smile because I saw my dad's stare.
"Hey, feeling okay now?" I asked, avoiding my parents' gaze.
"Ah oo ayos na ako" She answered.
"Tita?" She called my mom.
"Yes, hija?" My mom responded.
"Uuwi na po ako salamat po sa pag aalaga" She said.
"Are you sure na okay kana?" My mom asked again.
"Opo tita, ibabalik ko nalang po yung damit kapag nalabhan ko na po" she said.
"Ingat ka hija" my mom replied.
"Let me take you home," I offered.
"'wag na gagi nakakahiya na kaya ko naman na,tsaka 3 street lang naman pagitan natin" she declined my offer. Ouch. Jk.
"Oh so you live here too? That's nice right son?" My dad said and it's obvious that he's teasing me again.
"Po?" She curiously asked.
"It's nothing, let's go" I pulled her gently.
"W-wait Teka yung gamit ko omg ka" she said.
"Oh Yes sorry haha" I faked a laugh, damn I'm so embarrassed.
I accompanied her to our gate.
"Thank you ah? Babawi ako sayo promise". She said.
"Nah, it's okay. Are you sure you feel good now?" I asked again.
"Opo ayos na ako" She assuringly said.
"Take care" I said before she left.
I went back inside and hurriedly made my way to my room because I knew that my parents would tease me again.
This day was really unluckily lucky.
