Waking up at 5:30 in the morning, an early way to start the day, sipping coffee while watching the rise of the sun, getting ready to go to work. Get the bag, wear the watch then shoes, it's ready. walking through the stations to catch the bus, arriving at my work place, 7:30 in the morning, not too late, not too early.
Yes, that's my everyday routine in the morning

I would say my current life is now perfect, I am a successful man with a stable job. I can buy whatever I want, I can eat whatever I want, but I couldn't get the girl that I want. "aahhhhh!", please don't mind that. I'm sorry, let's continue.
In my 2 years of being an advisory class teacher and dealing with different students there’s this one student of mine that calls my attention and very different from the rest of the students I encounter so far. He’s name is Agui, very native right?, although His name came from the God of Fire, his character is very opposite from the name given to him. Why?, because he has a very unpopular character, a very cold guy and a loner one. The words coming from his mouth are very minimal, he doesn’t talk to his classmates at all that’s why some of them call him weirdo, but to be honest hes not that guy you think he is, cause above all in that characteristics I mentioned, he's that kind of guy who is open to whom he trust. Not to mention, I feel like so closed to him not because he's my student, but I saw something else, I saw my old me on him.
Well, we talk a lot often about the stuffs that similarly we are interested with.we often talk about books like mangas, novels etc... Not to mention, he's also that guy who makes jokes but laugh at it before he say it. well that's weird I guess, but I think that's funny, the way he execute it.
One day I was walking for an errand and as I pass by a small restaurant I saw Agui together with some aged people and I think it was his grandparents and I was shock on what I saw, he was smiling and laughing like he and his parents are the only people in the world, his smile is bigger and way more real than those he show to me. I want to say hello, but I might ruin their mood so I continue with my errand.
we continue to talk, and until the day I didn't treat him like my student anymore, he's more like a friend and a small brother to me.
Months pass by and their graduation is coming, and as an advisory teacher of the graduating class, I ask them what plans do they have once they graduate. Some say they want to become a doctor, soldier, nurse, some says they will not continue to college anymore, while others says they want to become a teacher like me.well we cannot argue with that cause I'm a hot, friendly, successful, not to mention I'm a very good teacher. but then the whole attention goes to Agui as I ask him what his plans in future. all I thought at that time is that he wants to be an author of his own books but then he said I just want to eat with my grandparents on our favorite restaurant tomorrow.
"wait, what?" asking it to myself.
Some students: haha! What kind of plan is that dumb*ss. *(everyone laugh at him).
then Agui answers that give me and my other student a shocked.
Agui: I have stage 4 leukemia, the doctor said I don't have much time to leave, he gives me a date to when I will die, and my last day to live is tomorrow, my only wish is to eat with my grandparents for the last time.saying this phrase while giving his classmates a warm smile.
Silence filled the room until the day ends. I couldn't ask him what happened,I want to talk to him but all I thought is just "Na, he's just joking, there's no way he will die",
with all the event happened in that day, I slept with it, not thinking what happened.
Then, the day comes when this unexpected event happened, that make me regret and brings my memories back 10 years ago.
