CERENE POV
I noticed the sudden changes in my sister when she resumed her studies and duties. I know she is busy, but she appears broken to me. 
I wonder why? 
She's been like that for almost one month. Sometimes I'm trying to uplift her mood pero hindi talaga umuubra. Naiinis na lang ako kapag nagmumukha siyang zombie. 
"Celene, magma-mall ako. Isasama kita today" I said habang pinaglalaruan ang buhok ko.
Nasa dining area kami having our breakfast. Mom is not around, nasa boutique siya for some emergency reason. 
Celene sighed deeply. She then shook her head like she's not interested at what I've said. 
"Look at you sister, para kang zombie. I know you're busy about your studies but hindi ka naman ganyan noong una! There must be some other reason!" I concluded habang nakataas ang left eyebrow.
Seeing her like that stressed me! 
"Jesus! Wala nga.. ok? Stress lang to" she said, frustrated. 
I snorted. I won't buy that reason. Malalaman ko din yan!
In the end, wala rin akong nagawa. Kahit anong gawin ko na pagkumbinse na samahan ako ay hindi umuubra. She's so adamant about her decision. 
The moment I gave up convincing her, my manager called me. She told me na busy ang schedule ko at mabuti na lang at umayaw si Celene. Hindi pala ako makakapag mall. 
After doing necessary things, I proceed to our agency. Apparently, I'm going to record my new solo song. Afterwards I have dance practice. 
I started to pray -- hoping this day will not be stressful! 
"You're late!" My manager snapped at me the moment I arrived. 
I just flipped my hair. "It's alright, better be late than never" I said walking pass her. 
I heard her sighed na parang bang pasan niya ang langit.
I'm thirty minutes late, but it's not entirely my fault. She was late informing me about my schedule. I spend most of my time picking what to wear. I had so many choices and it's so hard to  pick one. 
Diretso na ako sa recording studio. Wala nang pahipahinga. 
"Make it high" komento ng producer ng hindi siya ma-satisfy sa isang linya ng kanta. 
"Ok" I then made an ok sign. 
I stayed there for two hours, recording. The song is not that hard to sing but our producer had in mind the way the song will be sung, so I had to comply on his terms. 
I may look calm in my outside appearance but I don't know how many times I'm tempted to roll my eyes. 
After finishing recording, my manager brought me to our damn dance studio for a dance practice. 
They’re so merciless! How could they do this to me? Hindi nila ako pinapahinga. Me the oh so famous and gorgeous Cerene Euterpe Gomez! 
Nevertheless I like the dance studio dahil sa nakapalibot na mirror sa akin. It shows me my steps - the awkward and sexy ones - as I dance. 
"I'm tired, I need a break" reklamo ko habang tinatali ang buhok. Hindi pa nagfi-fifteen minutes ay hingal na hingal ako. 
"It's just been ten minutes and you're saying you're tired? Come on, you have to practice" pagkumbinse ng manager ko. 
Tinaasan ko ito ng kilay. 
"I can't, or I will die out of exhaustion" nakapamewang na sabi ko. 
She sighed deeply, frustrated. She's always been like that. She likes to sighed when I'm around her! 
"Fine, you take a break and then you're going to continue practicing" she said with finality. 
Umupo ako sa mini sofa at agad na kinuha ang cellphone. Tinignan ko kung may nagtext ba sa akin. Nang makitang wala ay hinanap ko ang number ni Vince para e text. 
Kami na ni Vince. Sinagot ko siya last month. Pero hindi pa ako nabigyan ng chance para ipakilala siya officially kay mom at kay Celene. 
[What are you doing?] I texted 
I can't stop myself from smiling as to why my Manager cleared her throat to gain my attention. 
Binalingan ko ito at nakataas na ang kilay nito sa akin. My smile died instantly as I saw her. 
For the love of god, she's stressing me! I'm taking a break but here she is, watching me with her hawk eye. 
Humalukipkip ako. 
"What?" I asked innocently.
"Who's that?" seryoso niyang tanong habang nakatingin sa cellphone ko. 
"Nothing, it's my sister" I said nonchalantly. 
After thirty minutes of relaxing ay napilitan na akong mag resume ng practice dahil sa sermong nanggagaling sa manager ko. 
I ended up practicing three hours. 
After the dance practice, nagkaroon ako ng unexpected schedule. I'm scheduled to shoot a famous clothes brand that was supposed to be scheduled next week!
Gosh! I'm tired
"Ok, gave me your brightest smile" 
"That's it" 
"Good shot" 
Kanina pa ako kinukunan ng picture ng photographer na ito and It's stressing the hell out of me! 
Kailan ba matatapos ang araw na ito? I'm smiling ear to ear but deep inside I'm boiling like a volcano. 
"Let's take a break" masayang anusyo ng director ng brand. The moment I heard the break word, my smile faded instantly and was replaced by a scowling face. My manager tried to distract the director and the other special people present at the gathering to prevent them seeing me, scowling. 
I rolled my eyes. She can't blame me. Who can even smile when they're exhausted? I'm exhausted so I can't! 
Sinong matinong manager ang hahayaan ang artist na mag work sunod sunod without taking a break? 
Nagmartsa akong pumunta sa mini sofa sabay halukat ng bag to get my phone. Vince reply to my text this morning. 
He said, nasa isang meeting siya kanina kaya hindi siya agad nakareply. 
[I miss you] text ko sa kanya. 
I giggled as I instantly received his reply. 
[I miss you too babe. Where are you?] 
Gosh! I can't help not to smile ear to ear. 
We exchanged massage for ten minutes. Susunduin niya ako pagkatapos ng scheduled ko and we're going to this place he never mention where. 
Kaya nang magresume ang shoot ay bumalik ang mood ko. My smile become genuine and I finished early. 
Gosh! Si Vince lang pala ang magpapadali ng work na ito. If only I knew! 
Nagpalit ako agad ng damit. The exhaustion I felt earlier vanished in the air. I'm smiling like an idiot while grabbing my bags.
"Where are you going?" nagtataka na tanong ng manager ko.
I just laughed at her question. I gave her a hug and waved my left hand.
"I'll see you tomorrow"
I saw her confused look. She tried to stop me pero kinausap siya nong director ng brand kaya nawala ang attention niya sa akin.
I'm grinning pagkarating ko ng parking area. Vince is already there waiting for me. Nakasandal sa kotse niya at nakapamulsa. He is wearing his black suit so I'm guessing he came from work. He is the current CEO of their company since most of his cousins are busy. Knight is busy in his study while his other two cousins are in some other country.
Sinalubong niya ako. He smirked as he saw me half running half walking toward him.
"look like my babe really did miss me" he tease as he embrace me with his hug
Tumaas ang kilay ko. "So you didn't miss me?"
He instantly chuckled. 
"You don't know how much I tried to finish my work just to be with you" he said in husky voice. 
"How about my car?" tanong ko nang i-asta niyang sumakay ako sa sasakyan niya. 
"I'll let my driver take care of it" Kinuha niya ang susi ng kotse ko at ibinigay sa driver niya. 
"Where are we going?"  I asked, excitedly.
"I'm not telling you babe" 
I whined but stopped when he kissed me in a sudden motion.
"You're so good at silencing me babe" 
He chuckled at my remarks that made me laugh too. 
As we drove to this place only god knows where, he received a call. 
"Hello" he answered with a trace of annoyance. 
He talked with seriousness when it comes to other people but smiling and caring towards me. 
[Vince bro, Are you available?] rinig kong sabi sa kabilang linya. 
"What is it Ethan?" pigil niyang sabi.
We heard a sigh in the other line before he answered Vince. [Knight is here, angry. You better come here] 
Vince groaned. 
"Why is he there?" 
[I don't know bro, just come here. He had the look of someone ready to destroy my bar] exaggerated na pagkasabi nito at saka  namatay ang linya.
Bumaling sa akin si Vince with his annoyed face "Babe can we postpone our date?" 
I sighed. "Of course" nanghihinayang na sabi ko. 
For the love of god knight, you are ruining our date! 
I heard him curse Knight under his breath. Natawa na lang ako. Hindi rin nagtagal ay narating namin ang bar kong nasaan naroon si Knight. Totoo ngang he has the look of someone ready to destroy the place. 
We entered the bar without being interrogated by the man guarding the entrance. He even bowed to Vince as he saw him entering. He glanced at me but soon diverted his eyes as Vince scowl at him. 
Nadatnan namin si Knight sa VIP section ng mag-isa. Nagpapakalunod sa alak. 
Seriously! Napangiwi ako dito. I secretly rolled my eyes as no one could see me. 
"Why are you here?" galit niyang tanong pagkakita sa amin. 
"Ethan called me, he's worried you'll blow his bar man" sabi ni Vince laughing. Tinapik niya pa ang balikat ni Knight. 
Knight clicked his tongue as he continue drinking.
Umupo ako sa katapat na couch. I'm secretly glaring at Knight and tried cursing him deep inside for ruining our date. 
Umupo naman sa tabi ko si Vince. Sinasabayan niyang uminom ang cousin niya. 
"Why is he angry?" bulong ko kay Vince ng hindi na kinaya ng curiosity ko why on earth Knight is mad. 
"Heartbroken" he whisper back
Tumaas ang kilay ko "Oh? Really, someone broke his heart?" hindi makapaniwala na tanong ko. 
Gosh! Knight is always the one who broke heart not the other way around 
"Ah huh" Vince chuckled as he saw my reaction. 
Knight scowled when he saw us whispering. Vince just laughed. 
Hinawakan ako nito sa baywang at inilapit sa kanya not minding Knight. Nilagay nito ang kamay niya sa balikat ko. I didn't mind it, in fact I'm smirking as he did it. Kanina ko pa napapansin ang mga babae dito na gustong-gustong lumapit sa amin. 
Some eyed knight and other eyeing Vince. Of course hindi napapansin ng dalawa kasi they act like they own the place! And no one matters to them. 
Napaiwas ang iba ng makitang nakapatong na ang kamay ni Vince sa balikat ko. I smiled sweetly at them, the reason why I received some glare from them. 
Sorry girls but my Vince is not available! 
Nakita ko ang isang babae na tumayo at pumunta sa direksyon namin. She walked slowly and was smiling sweetly. 
My brow shot up when I sensed she's walking towards Knight, who is very pissed right now. Nakatalikod dito si Knight kaya hindi niya alam. 
Gosh! Goodluck girl. If I were you, I wouldn't even think of coming here as Knight is being a jerk. He seems ready to destroy the place daw girl! 
"Hi handsome" she said seductively pagkarating nito sa amin. Karamihan sa mga nasa bar ay nasasa amin na ang attention. 
Knight ignore her. Pero hinawakan nung babae ang balikat nito para makuha ang attention niya. 
Ako na nanunuod lang ang kinakabahan sa babae. 
"F**k off" Knight roared. 
The girl got shocked. She was momentarily petrified in her position and I saw how she started to tremble in fear. 
I told you! 
"Knight calm down"  Pagalit na sabi ni Vince dito. 
Knight just sighed. His jaw clenched. 
"Get the hell out of here" bugaw ni Vince sa babae. Agad naman itong umalis. I saw her tears fall from her eyes. 
Binalingan ko si Vince "Why did you do that?" nakataas ko na kilay na tanong dito. 
"Babe I need to or else Knight will make the woman cry" paliwanag niya sabay yakap sa akin 
"Gosh! Don't you dare do that to me!" pagbabanta ko dito. I know naman kasing bad boy siya simula pa lang. Noong nakilala ko siya sa racing ay kinakatakutan na ito because of his serious face. 
He chuckled. "I will never do that to you" he whispered.
Kumalas ako ng yakap sa kanya ng maramdaman kong nagba-vibrate ang cellphone ko sa bag. 
"Hello" I answered. Niloud speaker ko dahil medyo maingay ang music sa bar. 
[Where are you, mom is worried] sabi ni Celene sa linya.
"I'm at Rasty bar" sagot ko. Knight was about to drink but stopped. He gave me his full attention and I think he's listening to what's my sister is saying. 
Hmmm I smell something fishy here! 
[Who's with you, sina Hannah] she inquired.
"No, I'm with Vince..."
I heard her sighed 
"And Knight" pagpapatuloy ko. 
[Did I ask?] annoyed niyang sabi
Vince laughed. 
"I thought you want to know" pagdadahilan ko.
[Goodness! Umuwi kana] sabi nito at  namatay ang linya.
I heard Knight curse under his breath. Nakakuyom na rin ang kamay nito. 
There's really something fishy about these two. 
Matalim ang titig nito sa akin pagkababa ko ng tawag. Pinalupot ni Vince ang kamay nito sa akin habang tumatawa. "Knight it's not her fault"  
I saw how Knight loosened his tie, drank one last time and walked out, fuming mad. 
"Babe, don't do that" Vince said while still laughing hard. 
"Do what?" I said while flipping my hair. 
He shook his head. "Don't come closer to knight" tatawa-tawa parin niyang sabi.
