CHAPTER 4;
*Third-Person POV*
NAKAKABINGING katahimikan ang maririnig sa loob ng isang abandonadong gusali malayo sa mha kabahayan. Makikita mo lamang ito kung ma swerte mong mapapasok ang asukal na gubat na siyang pinaglalagyan ng lumang gusali.
"Keep on investigating, little one.Soon you'll be the one that will end his life." That's right. Hindi lang basta-bastang tao ang dumukot kay Mavis Medici, they're more than those goons whose after the royal family's money.
Napangisi siya nang makita kung paano maghirap ang isang tao dahil sa mga bagay na nakakabit sa kaniyang katawan. Those things were made of poison and who ever dare hold those will die in no time.
"You're higness, the chopper is waiting for your order. Someone also wanted to see you."
AFTER she ate her breakfast, she immediately prepared her things before going out from her room. She noticed that Tahaji Kuraisamu is already waiting for her downstairs. Hindi niya idedeny ang kakisigan na taglay ng lalaking naghihintay sa kaniya. Kuraisamu looks like an epitome of Achiles, from the aura that he possessed shouts power. Para siyang sinto-sinto kung titignan ngunit sa likod ng ugaling iyon ay nakatago ang isang tila halimaw na nilalang.
Napailing siya at iwinaksi ang mga walang kwentang bagay na nasa isipan.
"Goodmorning!Pretty as ever mi' lady, can I court you?"The man asked mockingly.
She rolled her eyes, "Learn how to be contented first, ogre."
Tahaji Kuraisamu is well-knoen for being the greatest playboy in their country, with the looks that he hold?no doubt, woman would wanted to get laid by him.
"Ouch!That's hurt. Your word are like a dagger throwing its sharpiest edge on me, honey." He stated while making faces as he put hgis hand on his chest where his heart is located. Dramatic guy, tsk!
Hindi na niya ito pinansin atsaka naunang naglakad palabas ng bahay. She's about to get inside the car when the face of the person that she firstly met right after she arrived from Italy appeared infront of he, smiling widely.
She sighed.
Manang Carlota seems like have something to say again because she noticed last time how that kind of smile gaves her a thousand of words.
"Ija, napaka-gwapong bata naman iyang kasama mo. Kasintahan mo ba iyon?Naku napaka-swerte mo sa kaniya kung ganoon, sayang ang gandang lalaki---"
"Manang, I'm sorry to cut your imagination off but he's ain't my boyfriend and he will never be. You sure that's what you ca me for?"
Napakamot naman ito ng batok na tila napapahiya. Well, sorry for her but that kind of things were not included on her vocabulary as a woman, not even a single peace of sh*t.
"Kilala ko ang batang Alejandro na gusto niying kausapin." She plainly said.
Lihim na napatass ang kaniyang kilay dahil sa sinabi nito. How come she knew something about it??Does someone told her anything about his berother's case?
"How did--"
She were cut off by the sudden cleared of someone's throat. That's when they both noticed Tahaji Kuraisamu is standing behind them .
"That's a good news for us, Manang. We absolutely needed to see him and actually we're going to find him and actually we're going to look for him this day. You're just on time."He said cheerfully.
Like what the f*ck??! She frowned and her mind went ballistic. Seriously, she doesn't know what's happening.
She then gave him what's-happening-look, but he just nodded his head and open the back seat for the old lady.
"CASATLLO DE UNIBERSIDAD'
She shut her eyes as soon as she heard the loud gossips from everyone. It's too crowded and she felt like her breathe became unstable.It's just that, he's not use to it.
"Keep going, Kuraisamu. You still have plenty od explaination to do later."She said flatly when tjhe guy noticed her situation.
He heaved a sigh and lead the way through the person that they wanted to talk. Manang Carlota keeps her mouth shut all the way until they reached the said school of Brian Kane Alejandro which is the next person who's on the list. Madeline was supposed to be the next, they will talk to her right after they have a word with everyone. She's Mavis' girlfriend so she assumed that Madeline maybe knows something.
Three knocks were made before the door swung open. Hindi alintana ang mga matang nakasunod sa bawat kilos nila.
"Yes, sino sila?" A feminine voice asked
Gizem made a face when she noticed how Tahaji Kuraisamu's eyes widened and his faced became red as the woman smiled,fr*ak.
"Bonjour,Madame. We're looking for Mr.Alejandro, if you don't mind can we excuse him for a minute?"
She asked because Kurasimau seems lost alraeady just upon seeing the woman's face.He's whipped, surely.
the other person smiled and nodded then she motioned someone which they thought is absurd. Walang tao maliban sa kanilang apat nina Manang Carlota kaya nakaka-pagtaka atsaka weird, did she just saw how the woman's eye dilated or just imagining things?
Napapikit siya at napahinga nang malalim bago kinalma ang sarili.
"Impossible."
"You saying something, Miss?" Someone asked dahilan na mapadilat siya. She uttered it didn't she?
umiling siya rito atsaka nilibot ang paningin sa paligid. She felt a sudden chilled run down her spine as she saw the only one figure that caught her attention. It's a wolves fangs, yes it's indeed.
Someone cleared a throat.
A guy with his ocean eyes welcome their sight.Nakasuot ito ng uniporme kaya nasisiguro nila na isa itong studyante. Matipuno ang katawan at mababakas ang karangyaan sa tindig ng binata.
"Oh, he's here." Anang babae.
It's Brian Kane Alejandro.
The guy nodded and give them it's coldest look, "What can I do for you, Human?"
They all stilled.
Human? The way he address them is something.
Pinantayan ni Gizem ang uri nang tingin na ibinibigay nito sa kanila atsaka walang ganang tumayo bago humarap dito.
"What's your relationship with my brother"?He's Mavis Medici and according to the report you're one of the closest person that he met weeks ago." Diretsong saad niya dito.
Saglit na nagbago ang ekspresiyon ng mukha nito matapos niyang banggitin ang pangalan ng kapatid ngunit agad dinna bumalik sa pagiging bato.
"He's my cousin."
