The background is in disneyland, MJ is holding a cute little girl in his arms, beside him is his mother I think. Nasa gitna ng mama at papa niya ang isang maliit na lalaki na siguro ay 8 years old at sa tabi ng papa niya ay ang isa pang babae na sa tantya ko ay matanda siya ng isa o dalawang taon base on her expression and posture. So they are totally four siblings in the family. Kamukha niya ang mama niya. The caption is a simple white heart but still, his fans find it as a sweet gesture which is somehow true. He seems so proud of his family.
