Aicah's POV
I woke up this morning because it was Aubrey’s birthday today.
She asked me to decorate the house because she had a lot of guests coming, about 30 people and all of them were her BFFs.
30 people is her bff? Are they sure they are real friends?
"Aicah! Where are the party hats?" Aniya.
"I'll be in my room, wait a minute girl!" I replied annoyed.
Aubrey looks like a fool! She thought she's still a kid.
There are more hats to know. Lots to know in life!
Almost all of us were busy taking care of Aubrey’s birthday.
she said it was three o'clock because she was sending his friends, it was a good thing and we ended up fixing things first.
"Darling, rest first when the food is cooked there" Daddy said worriedly then asked Auntie to sit down.
"I'm okay darling" replied my aunt.
I ate noodles first because I was hungry before.
Earlier so we were acting on it. The pain in my back as well as my legs got me round and round as much as aubrey wanted.
When it was three o'clock there was no people.
The guests so we waited for a few more hours but it was about six o'clock in the afternoon No one came yet.
I could see the sadness on Aubrey's face.
It's as if she's really going to cry.
she is pitiful when you look at her.
Did she think that was her friends? Then they have no shit! #FAKEFRIENDS.
"Mommy let's eat, it looks like they won't be coming" aubrey said sadly then sat down in front of the table.
"Yeah, it's okay that they didn't come! So let's just celebrate" I said then stood beside Aubrey.
Daddy, on the other hand, took his and aunt's gift for Aubrey.
"Aubrey hija, here's our gift for you" daddy said cheerfully then gave a small box.
she smiled and thanked but there was still a trace of sadness on his face.
I'm not used to this Aubrey, I feel sorry for her.
Even though I don't agree with her, I still love her, of course I consider her as my sister.
"Hija, don't be sad, we're here. Daddy and your sister" cheered up by mommy.
"Yes aubrey you should be happy because it's your birthday" dad replied.
she smiled at us again but I knew it was just forced.
You can't be caught by those you're going to, you might even squat.
I can't bear to see my sister sad! I had to think of a way to make her happy.
"Ah daddy what if we go to the party tonight?" My suggestion, they all looked at me, I just hope it's effective.
"Yes darling, Aicah thought so well" said mommy.
I think I need to call her mommy from now on. I won't lose anything, will I?
"But it's still far from here, you might get tired darling it's dangerous for baby" daddy replied hesitantly.
"Don't worry dad! I can take care of mom" I convinced him.
Mom and dad looked at each other as if shocked.
"Wait? Is what I heard right? You called mommy 'mom'?" Aubrey asked incredulously.
"Why? Is it forbidden?" I asked back.
I don’t know but they all smiled at me, it’s that a big deal?
damn The shallow one.
"Dad! Mom! Let's go!" Aubrey's spirits returned.
It's good and she's back to being happy.
You see, she looks like a fool again.
she is back to the former mad aubrey.
"Then hurry up and eat and we'll leave" Dad said happily.
After we ate we boarded the van. Mom and dad were in the front and Aubrey and I were in the back.
"Sis! I'm so excited!" said Aubrey as she looked out the window.
"Me too." I answered.
Mommy glanced at us from behind and smiled.
When we arrived at the fair there were different rides that we rode
It's almost like I'm going to vomit, but Aubrey is still going strong.
It's like this crazy aubrey can't even rest, she's so hyper, I really can't take it anymore.
Aubrey and I are the only ones riding the rides because mommy can't because she's pregnant.
Daddy is always by mommy's side to support her.
"Children, let's eat first" Mommy said to us.
That's right, I'm really hungry. That's why I nodded immediately, and so did Aubrey.
We just ate at Jollibee, daddy ordered so the three of us were left at the table.
"Aicah, thank you for accepting me as your second mom. I've been waiting for a long time" mom said with a smile.
"Yes, thank you too for making my day almost ruined because of my fake friends" Aubrey replied. So I smiled.
"Nothing, we are family and I love you guys" I replied.
I was surprised when mommy suddenly hugged me, Aubrey followed.
I don't know but I'm crying because I felt mommy's hug with mommy Abby again.
"And we love you too" mommy said tearfully.
When we saw daddy, we let go of the hug and sat down.
We ate happily and after that we went home with smiles on our faces.
The following days were good.
We are also getting closer and closer. We are moving up, which is why we have become busier at school.
