In the evening, Ashy prepares for the welcome party. She put on the simple dress she bought, put a little color in her lips and sprinkled perfume on her body. She came out of her room and she saw her mom waiting for her.
"Mom, why are you still awake? I'm okay, don't worry about me, "she kissed her mother. Her friend Jem's car sounded just right, so she hurried out.
"Don't wait for me anymore? Go to sleep." She said goodbye and kissed her mother.
"All right, be careful." The mother replied as she looked at her as she boarded her friend's car.
Shee was used to such a set-up. Sometimes a friend would pass by he because she did not have her own car. For her, that's not what she should think first.
They were just quiet while inside the car. Ashy was so nervous that night that her friend noticed immediately.
"Ashy, are you okay? You looked nervous. You didn't do that for the first time, did you? You've been doing that since college, "she looked at her as she stopped laughing.
"You're really crazy. It's different now. See? introduction to the new company boss, I can't be wrong because I might lose my job. " Narrow-eyed answer it. How come she's not nervous? She doesn't even know what attitude their boss has?
"Just calm down, I know you ... just be yourself and everything will be fine." Somehow that friend's words helped.
They have arrived at the venue. She was even more nervous with the number of visitors. Mostly big businessmen, who are most likely connected to the company they work for.
She also walked around the back stage several times before she finally came out. She could see the friend sitting at the table right in front of them.
While her companion introduces their boss,
"Ladies and gentlemen, can we give our warm welcome to our new CEO here at PSB company. Mr. Paul Chavez. He will be with us for good and we are looking forward to having a good working relationship with him, "A loud voice from her co-MC with her as the loud applause thundered. 
When their boss came out, Ashy almost lost herself in what she saw because of its handsome look.
Tall, with expressive  eyes that are quite deep,a red and kisseable lips, and a muscular body behind, wearing his tuxedo.
Ashy suddenly lost control and she was about to fall... Her eyes just closed. She waited for her to fall, but she was surprised that with her sturdy arm she had fallen. When she opened her eyes.
"Are you okay?" that was coming from her boss deeply looking at her.
"My God," she said in a low voice.
"You almost fell, nervous?" He asked again.
She quickly recovered, and so did she, because she was melting in the depths of his gaze. 
"I'm okay, sir. My apology, " she replied, barely looking at him directly.
"Next time, be careful," he reminded her before taking the microphone with her.
Ashy was ashamed of what had happened. 
Until the party was over and she still couldn't get over her annoyance with herself.
She just laughed as she thought about it.
"Psst... Are you nervous? What can you say now? He's handsome, isn't he? The strength of dating." She was just surprised when Jem spoke behind her while smiling and holding two glasses of wine. She gives her one that she has not rejected.
"I was just shocked. Besides, the crowd made me nervous." She just answered it.
"Yeah, but you know something. You know one of these days he's going to flirt with you all of a sudden. Oh right? You got ahead of me again." Supposedly, the friend said that she immediately laughed at her as well.
She just thought about what she said. What if that happens? Is she really ready to replace the Storm in her heart? Storm that never once left her mind. She just closed her eyes and stressed in her mind that she had nothing to expect from him because he was already married.
"Sissy, what are you thinking again? Is it another Storm? Don't live your life in the past. Storm is happy now with his family for sure. You should be like that too. You should also let yourself be happy. Isn't it? We are not getting any younger." The friend looked at her to remind her that she should look for someone else. There is a point to this. Why would he tie himself to someone who has a happy life?
They were already in the middle of the party and almost all the other people had gone home as well. She was already feeling the effects of the alcohol she had been drinking, so she looked for her friend.
She was about to call her when she saw who her was talking to their boss, so she just backed away.
She talks to their boss and they look close. So she decided to just wait for her in her car.
"Impact you're just here? Did you know I've been wandering around inside to find you?" It beckoned to her as she searched for the key to her bag.
"I have a headache. I think I drank too much, so I came straight here. I also can't find you in the room because maybe I'm dizzy, so I went here," she lied, but the truth is that she really avoided it.
They got into a friend's car. She leaned back in her chair and had no plans to speak when Jem suddenly spoke while looking at her.
"Do you know, sissy, that Paul is one of a kind. He really,  he's not the one we thought was stuck. He talks a lot, and he's really handsome. " 
Ashy just looked at her friend who had no plans to stop talking.
"He said he needed a personal secretary, apart from the secretary at his front door, he needed another indoor one."Continuing it.
"So you offered to be his personal secretary." Ashy replied while still closing her eyes.
"Yes I did." There was no stinging response to it that obviously suppressed laughter. She even blew the horn out of time.
"You're really crazy. You didn't even wait for him to take you himself." Ashy was blindsided in no time because of what the friend said.
"Well, I shouldn't be. My work in the office is so delicious. Why would I move? " She replied with a smile.
"Oh, you didn't show up to be Sir's personal assistant?" her eyebrows raised with questions in it.
"I have offered to present you as sir's personal secretary," she replied once a loud laugh rang out inside his car.
