Hindi ako makagalaw sa kinatatayuan ko, because I was too shocked. At ganon din siya. Then suddenly, someone knocked. Parehas kaming napatayo ng tuwid at napa ayos.
“Yes come in.”
“Sir, your father is here.” agad na pumasok ang papa ko, at lumabas si Ms. Raven. My face feels hot, am I blushing?
Lumina's POV
F**k I wasn't expecting that kiss, sinadya ko yung part na mapapalapit mukha ko sa kaniya to seduce him. But I didn't expected na sa pagtayo niya because of the awkwardness makikiss niya ko.
“Lumina, kalma. You're here to seduce him, it's okay.” pilit ko pinakakalma ang sarili ko dahil napakalakas ng tibok ng puso ko.
“Heart, 'wag kang ganyan. You're here for another reason, not for romance.” agad akong nagpahangin sa rooftop.
Thyrone's POV
I suddenly forgot what happened when I saw my father, he sat.
“I don't need coffee.”
“I know, dad.”
“I heard from the directors, you've been skipping too many meetings and playing around.”
“I guess they can't shut up.”
Tumayo siya at nilapitan ako, binigyan niya ako ng isang malakas na sampal.
“Hindi ka ba talaga magbabago?! Do you want to lose everything even your position?!” I just kept my mouth shut at hinayaan siyang magalit, 'cause kahit ano namang gawin ko for him, it's always not enough.
“Do not even think that you can fool around because our company is now big! Big can be back to small. You always know how those directors want your position so bad! Pero hindi mo pinapahalagahan iyon at talagang nakuha mo pa mag bar with Kierra?! I told you to stop hanging out with that girl!”
“Huwag mong idamay si Kierra dad! She just wants me to be happy because it's too stuffy and uncomfortable to be your son!”
“Makikita mo din, Iiwanan ka ng babaeng yan. She will leave you after you abandon your father for her.” agad siyang umalis, naibato ko na lang ang lahat ng makita ko sa sobrang galit ko.
He's manipulating me, I guess in the end, hindi ko maaasahan na maging masaya pa kami bilang pamilya.
Lumina's POV
Pagbalik ko, nagulat ako na napaka kalat ng office niya. His name plate was broken, kalat-kalat ang mga paper works niya at naabutan ko na lang siya na dumudugo ang kamay habang pinupulot ang mga bubog ng mug niya. Hindi na ako nag isip pa at tumakbo papunta sa kaniya.
“Sir, you're bleeding.”
“I'm okay. Just let me be.”
“No, I won't.” I pulled him to sit on the sofa and got the first aid kit.
“Ba't ba kasi nag wala ka? What happened?” tinanong ko siya pero nanahimik lang siya, it looks like nag away sila ng papa niya so I didn't bothered to ask anymore.
Pinunasan ko ang dugo sa kamay niya at binuhusan ko ito ng disinfectant, hindi man lang siya umaray, he looks like.. He's numb. I want to know why they fight, but I don't want him to put on awkward situation. Pagkatapos kong mag gamot sa kaniya, nag paalam siya sa'kin na pupunta sa rooftop para magpahangin. So niligpit ko muna ang mga papel na nagkalat and ang nasira niyang name plate. Nilinis ko din ang nabasag na mug.
But suddenly, I saw a newspaper.
“HEADLINE: CEO OF FAMOUS COMPANY, THYRONE FIERRE WAS RUMORED SLEPT WITH ONE OF THEIR CLIENT'S GIRLFRIEND.”
So that's why nag away sila ng papa niya, he's at fault pala. Sayang lang awa ko sa kaniya, pinahihirapan niya pala pati papa niya, what a sh*t. Someone suddenly opened the door, I thought it's him but it's Clyde.
“Oh, hey Ms. Raven.”
“Good afternoon, Sir.”
“I said call me Clyde right?”
“Oh right, Clyde.”
“Nasa'n si Thyrone? And what's with this mess? Ba't ang kalat?”

After ko mag linis, Clyde and I talked on the outside of the company.
“I think Sir Thyrone and his father had a fight because he slept with their client's girlfriend. Gumawa siya ng sakit ng ulo ng papa niya. Actually naaawa ako sa papa niya and sa ibang nagt-trabaho dahil ang CEO nila hindi matino.”
“Ms. Raven, please don't judge him. You still don't know why he's doing that.”
“What do you mean? Does it mean he has reason to do this? Does he need reason para pasakitin ulo nila?”
“Please understand my cousin, Ms. Raven.” napatingin na lang ako sa kaniya.
“When Thyrone was still a kid, he love his father dearly. Gusto niya na nap-proud sa kaniya papa niya, he wants him to be happy. But when he became highschool, his father was always dissapointed because of his low grades. He will either physical abuse him, or verbally abuse. Lumala pa 'yon nung nag college siya, he had this girl named Shaira. She is Thyrone's girlfriend, but because galing sa mahirap na pamilya yung babae, pinaghiwalay sila ng papa niya. Mahal na mahal niya yung babaeng 'yon, Thyrone was raised without a mother, his mother died on a car accident. But when he met that girl, he became happy despite of how his father is mean to him. But..”
Bigla siyang natahimik at nag iba ang expression ng mukha.
“Because he loves her so much at hindi niya kayang iwan, his father killed her, he covered the truth and said it was only a car accident.”
Nagulat ako sa mga sinabi niya, to think na naghirap pala siya because of his dad.
“After that, he was so depressed. He even tried to kill himself. He kept blaming himself because of what happened to her. That's how his first love became his last. Kaya nakikipag laro siya sa mga babae, without falling for them. Wala na siyang ibang kasama sa buhay niya bukod sa'min ni Kierra. His father just thinks of him as a person that will take care of the company and will fill the chairman seat. So kumpara sa ginagawa niya ngayon, mas masakit pa ang ginawa sa kaniya ng tatay niya.”
That's one hell story, I didn't know he had that kind of past.
“So please, stay by his side. Pag wala kami ni Kierra, I know that he's always lonely. That's why he love dark places. He said atleast darkness can be his hideout when he needs to cry.”
Pagbalik ko sa office, ando'n na siya at naghihintay sa'kin.
“Why are you late? It's 12:50 PM. Let's go.”
“Y-Yes sir.”
I guess, you can't judge someone without knowing their past. I guess a bad person became bad because someone turned them into demon.
