It was a leisurely afternoon when mother visited me as usual,she brought brother with her this time around. I heard that father had loads of works on his office so he couldn't come visit me today or perhaps until tommorow.
Leonard silently studied me.
"Mother! Mother! How long will it take for Dianne to speak?"
"Oh dear...ummm. I think it would take at least 2 years, though that is a bit fast if I must say."
Brother Leonard's eyes widened in surprise. "2 years!?", he then looked back at me and smiled cheekily while poking my chubby cheek. Which annoyed me a bit.
"Oh well, time will pass by in just a blink of an eye."
I was shocked. My little cute baby eyes widened in surprise. I wanted to raise a brow at my so called brother.
'Excuse me brother, aren't you still young to say such things? An 8 year old kid at that.'
"Ababo..." Stupid brother
Mother, nanny Miranda and the royal maids smiled, finding our brother-and-sister interaction cute.
But come to think of it, two years... That's if I develop quickly.Though honestly, if only I had teeth then I'd be able to speak properly. But I do not need to hurry myself,because that will surely attract unnecessary attention.
I only hoped to grow up quickly but normally as possible, so I could escape the burdensome and somewhat creepy stares of everyone.
"My child, stop poking your sisters face. You might suffocate her." Rose sweetly said to Leonard.
'Yes! Listen to her!'
With mother's words, Leonard put his hand away from my cheek.
"Okay." he replied.
I turned my head and looked out the window. Dinner time was far as the sun was still hung high up in the sky.
A month had already gone by. Is my Kingdom doing okay? I suddenly left Aquilon and payed a visit to my father,King Constantine to clear some things up. But I somewhat ended up being a baby! For sure the Counsil of Aquilon is in distress because of the sudden disappearance of their rulers devine essence.
There has to be a way to make this stupid body grow faster. I need to go back to the Immortal Realm as soon as possible.
"Mother, it looks like Dianne is bored."
I was cut off from my thoughts. I looked blankly at my brother.y
"Aum..." No
"Oh dear, our problem is that our little princess here, doesn't show any interest on toys at all." mother sadly replied and sighed deeply.
It is because I am no baby to begin with! I'm a goddess for heavens sake!
Leonard suddenly stood up.
"How about we go for a walk?"
"Nghhggum." I don't want.
I strongly declined, but of course my pleas were wrongly misinterpreted.
"See?Dianne said that she wanted to go out as well.Isn't this exciting!?"
Being a baby is such a pain in the ass.I just want a peaceful sleep for heavens sake.But having brother Leonard around is quiet impossible.
"Mmmmm, we need to inform your father about the sudden stroll though."
"Is that so?Then I'll go talk to father this instance!" and with than Leonard exited my room with a beaming smile on his face.
Few minutes later, brother entered my room with a satisfied look on his face. He gave mother a big thumbs.
Despite my fervent opposition, the grand plan of my first stroll outside proceeded hastily.

"It looks like Her Highness is really looking forward to the stroll very much."
"Of course she would. It would be her first time out."
"Yes."
Mother,brother and nanny's conversation were in sync.
I sighed.
'Fine, do whatever you want, I guess.'
I stopped all thoughts of going against their made plans and went with the flow.
A royal maid named Lucy rushed inside of the room with a pram that glimmered with radiance. I'm not quiet sure if its materials were made out of broken-down national treasures, there were jewels and ornaments attached around it. And also I did hear from nanny Miranda that magic had been cast onto the pram, which is a bit confusing.
Isn't this a world where magic does not exist at all? Or maybe I'm just mistaken. I really do need to find a was to quicken my growth. I need to conduct a research about this world that I'm onto.
Moving on...
My mother ,Rose picked me up and gently placed me in the pram and covered me with a blanket. She then smiled down at me.
"It's quiet windy outside, am I right Miranda?"
The nanny nodded.
"Yes, Your Majesty. I've been hearing gossips from the royal maids that the sudden rise of the sea levels was the cause of the sudden change of the climate here in Zephyrus."
'What sea levels?'
I stretched out both arms and wanting to hear more about the sea level something, but mother was lost with her own thoughts.
"Mother lets go."
"Oh ho...now then, shall we go?"
Tsk, is there no one in this world who understand me?
Equipped with a weapon of clothes and blankets, mother strode the pram out of the room and into the hallway which was much wider than I imagined.
Was it wide because I was only an infant or maybe the castle-hallway itself was too colossal?
Every royal knight we passed through bowed their heads in respect to their beloved queen,prince and princess.
"Dianne, is the hallway that interesting to you?"
"umm?" What?
Looking around in pure awe, I was surprised by brother Leonard's sudden question.
'If I'm being honest, yes. Though my castle in Aquilon is way more larger than this one.'
"How your first time outside so far?"
"Ubaba..." good...
"I knew you'd like it."
Brother said happily.
Nanny Miranda and the three royal maids whose behind mother, smiled at the sight of us siblings.
And before I knew it, I had finally stepped foot outside and a huge wave of wintry wind hit me. I did not realize the severity of the windiness outside.
"Uammm!" Cold!
"Oh my, is Dianne cold? Even though the palace's temperature is being controlled by magic..." mother looked worried.
Brother,nanny Miranda and the other two maids looked worried as well.
"Awwau" it's okay.
"Miranda, have you brought some extra blankets?" she asked nanny.
"Yes your majesty, here is it." Nanny quickly passed a pink little blanket to my mother.
"Here you go my little one." Rose gently placed it around my body.
"Ababa." it's warm.
I said as I hug onto the blanket.
"You're warm now? Thats good." said mother with a warm voice.
She pushed the pram and with that, my first ever experience outside continued.
